He was able to answer all of our questions, which made it easy for me to feel comfortable with making the decision to buy, after taking a few days to think about it. - DCdavid crupnickNov 23, 20252.0Michael and Patrick are helpful, and that is where it ends, the craftsmanship is beyond lacking, every room has something wrong with it, if you don’t want to fix it yourself or aren’t capable keep looking…I put my faith in the builders since I was buying from out of state, it took a few days living here to find something wrong with pretty much every room, Stanley cheaps out and charges you top dollar for things like fans without remotes so you can’t dim them or turn them on and off without using the wall switches, the door handles were falling off 3 days into ownership, the front door was painted by a 5 year old and the lock doesn’t work, I could go on but I’m still finding things that are either badly done or just lacking….i guess you get what you pay for isn’t just a saying
