- TSTee ScottJun 19, 20261.0Weirdest experience ever. Had to beg for a quote. Finally got a quote then had to beg to purchase which never happened. I mean months! Clearly there is beef between the office staff and the salesmen. 84 Lumber is much easier to work with. The only reason we contacted them was for a specific item they carry. I can’t imagine the money they miss on or maybe they have enough already!

- DCDoug CrolleyApr 6, 20231.0Same as bmc. They charged my company 20 a square foot for framing materials. Over double the national average. They made more than 18 deliveries without anyone ordering. They dropped materials when nobody was there and then after months of trying to get them to come pick up the stuff that we didn’t order they picked up when nobody was on site. They have pictures on their billing site of materials being delivered to a home that isn’t mine. Not even new construction. They also have one delivery picture of materials being dropped in front of a home that already has siding on it. This was framing lumber. They are now taking me to court. They originally billed me over 92000 dollars for 4400 sq foot of framing. They refuse to even audit their own deliveries. They are a nightmare. The normal cost to frame a house at that time was about $9 per foot. Their takeoff system is broken. OVER $20 per foot
