I was very happy with my air conditioner checkup. Although there were no issues I appreciated J. Bond’s honesty with his findings and I would definitely obtain and recommend RS Andrews Services for an annual ck up.
Happy I purchased the special.

Marcus and his team were friendly, and extremely knowledgeable with our HVAC replacement! And I also need to give a shout out to Glenn, Michelle and the entire RS Bluffton crew because not one single encounter was less than professional and willing to do whatever they could to help us in an uneasy, first time homeowner situation! You are all awesome and we appreciate each of you for all of your hard work and dedication to your customers!

Five stars for excellent, fast, and honest service! The technician arrived quickly, listened to the issues I was experiencing, and diagnosed the problem right away. He then went above and beyond by saving us even more money—instead of replacing our broken part with the expensive, upgraded version that was originally there (which had features our home didn't need), he installed exactly what our system actually required. He left to get the part and finished the entire job in under two hours. I will absolutely use them again!

What a great team: Paul, Mike, and Elijah. They worked tirelessly from 8am until 7:30 pm to complete the job. I had an old electric water heater removed and a new gas tankless water heater installed. The RS Andrews Van provided a machine shop to tailor and make specific items to fit for my unique house and it's requirements to do the job right. The team was kind and courteous and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
I had a very disappointing experience with R.S. Andrews Heating & Air.
I called them because my main A/C system wasn't cooling properly. After paying a $125 diagnostic fee, I was told the system had a refrigerant leak and should be replaced. When I asked where the leak was, the technician admitted he didn't know and said additional testing would be required, but couldn't tell me the cost. Instead, I was referred to a salesperson.
The salesperson recommended replacing the entire system (an estimated $20,000) before the leak had even been identified. After I requested an actual diagnosis, I was quoted an additional $225 per system to inject UV dye into my two of my three systems. I agreed.
The technician injected the dye, but when I asked when he would return to locate the leak, I was told I would need to schedule—and pay for—another $125 service call just to determine the results. I left a call for their customer service manager to ask for an explanation and never received a call back.
I am actually a customer of R.S Andrews who pays for an annual maintenance agreement, I expected a diagnostic process focused on identifying the problem before recommending a complete system replacement. Instead, I felt the emphasis was on selling new equipment rather than determining whether the existing system could be repaired.
I ultimately hired another HVAC company, which quickly identified a repairable leak in the evaporator coil. Having a clear diagnosis before recommending a $20,000 replacement is exactly the level of service I expected from the beginning.
It’s no wonder the Heating and Air Conditioning business has such a poor reputation with this abuses like this.
