  Mr. Outten was awesome! Friendly and well informed. He was very communicative and explained everything well. We were without cold air for weeks, finally called RS Andrews and was fixed within 2 days!!! Now we can enjoy the holidays with cold AC. Thank you!

  Did a phenomenal job explaining things to help us understand, very knowledgeable, super sufficient in his work and was very clean after he was done!! Def want him to come back and work on my unit if it needs work!! Highly recommend

  Paul Marconi (Comfort Specialist) was prompt for our appointment and professional throughout the consultation for a brand new HVAC system. He was patient with me, as I had a lot of questions, and knowledgeable of the product and financing options. Paul was able to adequately answer my questions which enabled me to make sound decisions on which HVAC system was in line with my budget. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you Paul.

  Nate was fantastic. I got a notification prior to his arrival, he showed up (ON TIME!!!), got my AC squared away and verified some other things going on that needed to be addressed. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I didn't get a chance to leave a review for the admin lady when I first called- but she was very friendly and professional as well. This has been a great experience all around!

  Austin the technician was a nice guy but I probably would never use this company again. I called after hours (7pm) for a clogged toilet. The 2 companies I used in the past didn't have a technician available that evening. I called RS Andrews and the dispatcher stated she could have someone out in 40 mins, I asked how much the fee was she said the tech would let me know (Red flag). Austin arrived, we asked how much the after hours fee was and he said $199. I thought that was a ridiculous amount, I understand it's after hours but most companies charge $99. My husband told him to go ahead and fix it. He used the snake, flushed it 3 times and said it was fixed. The water came up slow but he said the we probably just needed a new toilet. In the end it came up to $440. The next morning (6am), I flushed the toilet just to make sure it worked before my son used it and the water backed up again. I called the company, the dispatcher said they wouldn't charge for him coming back out since he was just there but whatever he did would be a charge. In the end I called the company I normally used and haven't had any more issues. I totally understand that prices have increased but this company's dispatch fee is a little over the top for me.
