  The worst customer service. I scheduled an appointment for them to give me an estimate on the installation of a whole house dehumidifier. No one showed up and no one called and no one seemed particularly concerned about the fact that they blew me off. Wonder what that would mean when it comes to service. No way I’d use this company. They just called me back a few minutes ago and tried to claim that they called and texted me yesterday before the appointment, which they did not. Still doesn’t explain why they didn’t show up. I hate companies that lie to you. Why didn’t they just show up?
