  Matthew, the service manager dispatched Lisander to my home within hours when I had an HVAC SHUTDOWN and family coming to stay for the week. Lisander quickly diagnosed the issue, found a way to bypass a sensor and had the faulty part replaced the next day. I highly recommend their quality service!

  Had Jacob Brazil been sent to my home in the first place I certainly would not have a problem. The other technician never did the job he was unprofessional, only wanted me to buy a new unit. Jacob checked everything, replaced filters, took the time to check everything. He was familiar with my unit as he worked for the company that joined your company and had been to my house before for the same type of service. He is someone I would definitely trust, not someone who I felt was trying to rip me off. I give Jacob 5 stars.

  Darlin is always prompt, careful, and professional. He takes the time to explain what is needed and what services he performed. I had to order a vent cover and new filter but the other work was included in my maintenance contract. Kudos!

  Nicholas was great, he was extremely friendly, good with my dogs, and very professional. The recommendations for tge ac system were well thought out as well as tge discussion of re piping the drainage for a better access and flow. Howell and Chase did a great job on my ac service I will continue to use tgis company.

  We needed a split A/C unit for our garage and we called Howell-Chase Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing of Bluffton for a quote. Their office staff were so professional and worked us in the very next morning. We don’t have a maintenance contract with Howell Chase but we’ve called them in the past for an emergency HVAC problem on a Summer Saturday and they showed up without charging extra. Today our. A/C consultant, Rod Somma, showed up this morning at 0800 this morning reviewed our needs, made some suggestions and gave us the confidence to choose Howell Chase!
