  Buyer beware - you will feel forced to close a deal with them because they use marketing pressure strategies to make you feel like you will miss out on a discount or on a product line or any other factor that would motivate you to lock in (like leaving a review before you leave the showroom to get a greater discount...) If you are thinking of using them, I would reconsider. If you have already signed up with them I have some suggestions below. We had much attention before signing, and once the drawings were signed, there were several dimensional busts throughout. I sent emails the very next day and made phone calls that went unanswered. That gave us cold feet to move on to the following parts of the house, and I am glad we didn't. So if you've signed a deal, check your drawings, check your sink centers and windows. YouTube has several videos that can help you with this. Good luck!

  We have used Cabinets to Go for 4 kitchens. While we like the quality of the product, the customer service is terrible. You can leave a message and no one returns your call. That happened to us more than once. We even talked to the sales people in the showroom and were promised a call letting us know what was happening. Never happened. Installation was a nightmare taking over 3 and a half months to complete a simple kitchen and bathroom vanities. Items were missing and it took forever to get them to come back to finish . Trash and building materials were left in the apartment which complicated painting and floor repairs. Communication with the installer, when they actually contacted us, was last minute and sporadic. We went into the showroom because we had not heard from the installer as to when they were going to finish. We talked to an area manager who happened to be there and were promised a call back. Never happened. We had to initiate every contact with the installation team. We used our own contractor on two of the kitchens and would recommend doing that versus the CTG installers. Again, the product is very good but the customer service was not worth the 3 months of hassles.

  We were working with an online only cabinet manufacturer, which was really difficult, so it was such a pleasure to be able to go in and work with Amiel. We were also able to select our countertop and sink, which the online company wouldn't do. And in the end, Cabinets to Go was less expensive ... Win, win, win!
