- RSRon SchinnourMar 7, 20261.0We have used Cabinets to Go for 4 kitchens. While we like the quality of the product, the customer service is terrible. You can leave a message and no one returns your call. That happened to us more than once. We even talked to the sales people in the showroom and were promised a call letting us know what was happening. Never happened. Installation was a nightmare taking over 3 and a half months to complete a simple kitchen and bathroom vanities. Items were missing and it took forever to get them to come back to finish . Trash and building materials were left in the apartment which complicated painting and floor repairs. Communication with the installer, when they actually contacted us, was last minute and sporadic. We went into the showroom because we had not heard from the installer as to when they were going to finish. We talked to an area manager who happened to be there and were promised a call back. Never happened. We had to initiate every contact with the installation team. We used our own contractor on two of the kitchens and would recommend doing that versus the CTG installers. Again, the product is very good but the customer service was not worth the 3 months of hassles.
