  Unfortunately not a company that I would recommended to friends or family. Our project was two parts - upstairs guest bathroom and downstairs living room ceiling. We had minimal issues with the first portion of the project, the bathroom repair. Five months and three attempted drywall repairs later, the project will not be completed by Premier. On two separate occasions our project manager, Jaron, proved to be uninformed on the status of the project. On multiple occasions I was sent a "Request for Certificate of Completion" despite the project not being finished. At one point he texted me asking for final pictures on the paint/repair that was scheduled to be done over the weekend, but his contractors never bothered to show up or call to inform me that they weren't showing up. The drywall and paint repair contractors, Oleg and Alex, came out three separate times in order to repair the drywall. I grew particularly frustrated here when I was needed to cancel a therapy appointment for my special needs daughter, and the "specialist" did not bother to call or show up that day. The reason/excuse that I was given was that he was having cell phone issues that day. If you're only available in the early mornings, and I need to cancel an already scheduled therapy session for you to be here - it's expected that you show up. Every time they actually did show up, I had to hear about how far away my house was from their home base. Don't accept the job if it's too far away. And make sure you bring your ladder when performing work on a ceiling. I cleared an afternoon one day for Alex to come work, and he actually showed up on time - but forgot his ladder. So left and didn't return. The incident happened at the very end of December. I write this at the beginning of May. I will be finishing the project myself, as Premier Restoration has repeatedly shown no concern for my time as a customer and now former client.

  We had a water heater pipe leak and flood our basement, and we required emergency services to come and mitigate the damage late in the night. Response time was very quick. Jess, Doug, and Ethan were all great to work with and provided excellent communication about the process while also giving frequent updates along the way. We are still in an intermediary stage in regards to our insurance and are awaiting review for reconstruction, but so far our experience with Premier Restoration has been good.
