  Well this was utterly disappointing. I called a litte after 6am and got an AI bot to begin with that rambled a bunch of things and then said it was transferring me, even though I didn't say a word, then after a few moments of silence asked if I was still there?! Then said it was again transferring me. Then a someone with a very gruff voice answered. I figured calling so early, I woke them up, but they asked multiple questions, I told them I woke up, my A/C isn't working and it was already hot in my house and on this particular day, its supposed to be literally 100° before the "feels like" temp was even factored in. They asked if there was any air flow, I said no. I also said I'd checked all the breakers in my house and nothing was tripped (there was a bad thunderstorm the night before). And then knowing this was an emergency call said they could schedule an appointment for 2 DAYS LATER?!!? I said I needed someone this morning as it was only 6 something in the morning and the sun wasn't even up yet and it was almost 80° in my house already. I originally called because they were well rated and closer to my home, but I ended up calling another company who set something up for me immediately because they saw the urgency in my situation and honestly, have a significantly lower service fee. The reviews were all wonderful about the technicians, and because I didn't use their services, I can't speak to them. But the call service/dispatch definitely doesn't seem to want business from new and future customers.

  Very friendly and professional, he was very thorough in checking and inspecting all the components on my system. He provided me with a check list and also covered different quotes on the repair work that was needed. I would 100% recommend this company.

  David gave an evaluation of work needed to be done. Extremely thorough and showed pictures of areas of concern. Made appropriate/ rational assessments of how to progress. Felt he was honest and not pushing unnecessary services on me.

  I needed their help after hours. They responded quickly, fair pricing, seems like an honest company. Josh was such a great guy he definitely made a bad situation feel better. I'll definitely be using them again
