I appreciate that he wore disposable booties over his shoes in the house. He discovered that it was a bad capacitor. He made sure the drain lines were clear. Professional and courteous.

He saw the error come up on his dispatch logs and knew what the problem was and swung by quickly to resolve it. He is a nice young man and is very knowledgeable about his product. He not only took care of the drain that was clogged but saw another issue, diagnosed it and came back quickly with a part to replace the component that was still under warranty. I am very appreciative of getting a high level of tech support and great customer service.

He made an adjustment to our A/C and offered suggestions to help keep our place cool, since we have an old system. He set up an appointment for a new unit and suggested things to ask when we met with them. Overall it was a very positive experience with Mike!

I purchased a yearly maintenance plan and then immediately purchased an air scrubber unit and a dehumidifier. I got both installed on the same day with a perfectly working HVAC unit. It took two crews to finish the job but after they were done hours later, my upstairs of my home was not cooling down. It was registering about 80° when it was set to 73. I called around 6:30 PM the same day to have someone come back out and was told they do not have an emergency or after hours option to help me. I am a single mother with a small child and they denied me service when their website specifically says ""we provide 24 hour emergency service." This is just gross. And actually illegal.
