  Reviews are a huge part of my business so I always like to give credit where credit is due! I recently posted in a Kioti Facebook form With some questions regarding CK2620 tractors as I was in the market to purchase and wanted to explore options and had a lot of questions about the Kioti brand. Adisyn from STEC jumped into the comments and Welcome to me to message her outside of the Comments to address any further questions. We had spoke for a little while back-and-forth about the machines via messenger and on the phone. She was very helpful, outstanding communication, and very knowledgeable about the machines. Once I decided what machine I was going to move forward with them purchase Adisyn Sent me over the proposals for the tractor plus Attachments and shipping from South Carolina up to me in Northern New Jersey. The Entire experience from start to finish with STEC and Adisyn was phenomenal, the tractor shipped quick and arrived within 2 days! If you are in the market to purchase a Kioti I would definitely recommend STEC and highly recommend dealing with Adisyn as your sales women! Thank you again!

  I attempted to purchase a Earth and turf spreader. Communicated through email and phone. Everything appeared to be going smooth. Got the financing approved only to find out that didn't have the machine in stock. I confirmed multiple times that they had it in stock and would be ready to ship. The salesman even told me that he wasn't trying to rush me that multiple people are interested in this machine. I called another dealer and asked if they had some in stock, they did. When I told them my story, they immediately guessed it was stec equipment that did that and that they heard stories of this being a normal practice. I will say I still believe my salesman who was remote did not know that it wasn't in stock. He admitted that he was bad and he knew he should have confirmed that it was in stock. He apologized, which I accepted. At the end of the day this was not a good experience and is worthy of a one star review because there were clearly some gaps, I got a hard inquiry on my credit report for a machine that they didn't have. I will ask for photos in the future to prevent this from happening again.
