  They were fast, professional, and stayed to make sure we had running water and flushable toilets. We had the main service tech, Rich and then he called his supervisor and she (Mo) was amazing as well. I will be using them from now on.

  We had them come out to see about our toilet not flushing and Goose said it was the septic tank needed pumping. He actually got out in the rain the next day during the storm and found a bunch of debris in the drain lines and pulled tree roots grown in them and he cleared them out. Then he said the septic tank also needed pumping. Tyler then came and pumped the septic tank and did a great job getting cleared out. They both did a great job fixing the problems.

  Rich and Mo did a great job helping find the issue which the fiber optics company has cause by drilling through my sewer line.. professional, curteous and efficient.. I appreciate their help and expertise!

  Company came to help repair sudden unexpected leaks to our floor drain & sewer pipe system....had been to our house over 2 years earlier for major repairs to same system. Both occasions service was outstanding & very professional. Brodie, the tech doing the work today, was also part of crew from earlier before. Absolutely recommend him & everyone with the Anderson SC office. Thank you Roto Rooter of Anderson!

  We had a clog that was causing a back up in our laundry room and caused us not to be able to use or laundry or dishwashing machins. We explained the problem in detail ahead of time and in person. We were told it was a septic tank issue and would need a whole new septic tank. We disagreed and there was no smell but they doubled down that it wasn't a clog, but a septic tank issue. After getting the quote and from a proper septic company, we went with the septic company. They installed a brand new tank for us and the original issue was still there. Why? Because there was a clog independent of the septic tank. Which Roto-Rooter failed to both identify and listen to us about. And then charged us $500 to dig a whole to the lid of our septic tank. So I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else if plumbers can't even identify a basic plumbing clog. We had another plumber come out and they were immediately able to solve the clog issue for us.
