- MHmike harbJun 29, 20261.0First time home buyer in SC I don’t know from where to start We find out most of the information they provide us is not true, also small detail in our home like floors windows drywall was horrible and we should every week make tickets for the warranty and they send unprofessional workers to fix it. Some promises was not go through. They promised to change some things in the house but after we sing the paperwork they send me the Manager and he told me only we can fix it put we can’t change it. The patio was cracked before we sing the paperwork they promised to change it before the closing day but they don’t change it and they said you have to wait until the crack starts be more bigger. I already live 1 years and still fixing the small damage in the house. The garden in the back have a lot of miss when it’s rain there’s part of water stay on our home foundation corner. We feel always we should buy products out of our pocket to fix something we bought brand new and pay a lot of money extra. Before we check in as everywhere they clean the house for the buyers they promised to clean it and when we check in they never touch anything the house we’re very dusted and floor dirty bathroom bedrooms too we cleaned it our self when I told the manager he told me oh I’m sorry they missed to clean it. We were exiting and we didn’t expect the horrible experience we been through. I didn’t wish for anyone to go through this experience. So be careful don’t sign paperwork before they did the right job and fix there mistakes.

Important details, small things, and upgrade options were never clearly discussed with us. Because of this, we missed out on choices that really mattered to us. We were okay with the porch changes, but when it came to the windows, we were very upset. We feel that whatever we wanted in our first home is not being delivered. Buying a first home is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and instead of joy, it has been filled with regret. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for their dream home.
