The tree clearing work on my property was adequate, but his handling of the damage he caused was unacceptable. While working at my home, he struck a pipe that extended at least a foot above the ground, causing water to flood my basement. When I brought it to his attention, he blamed me, saying I should have pointed out the pipe before he started. I asked him to cover half the cost of repairing the pipe, even though the incident also flooded my basement. He refused to accept responsibility and cursed at me during our discussion. He also Tried to convey a convoluted explanation for why, even though the pipe may have been a foot above ground, how is he supposed to know how far it is below the surface. I’m sure many of his positive reviews reflect jobs where everything went well. To me, however, the true measure of a good contractor is how he responds when problems arise. Accidents happen. Taking responsibility and treating customers respectfully are what matter. Based on my experience, I would not hire him again or recommend his service. Ansermo L. Arthur MD FACC

Words can’t express the professionalism and efficiency this company exudes. Zach came down and carefully assessed what needed to be done and did exactly what I needed and more. I recommend giving him a call.

Arrived as scheduled. Delivered services contracted in a timely manner without incident. A good value, safe work practices and over delivered. What else could you ask for ?
