- RPRaven PattersonMay 8, 20235.0I rented a backhoe this past weekend delivery was on time but because of where I wanted it delivered to they couldn't get it there because of it being too narrow so they delivered it to a different place of my choice. Everything went smoothly until one of the tires went flat and cut the job short since it was after hours I had to wait for a maintenance crew to arrive the next day but even though I lost 2 and a half hours of paid time due to a flat tire I was still very pleased with their business and how they handle things. Overall I would definitely use them again and would recommend their business to others.

We instill in our employee's the importance of maintaining those relationships. And it only takes one bad employee to damage a company's good name. Kevin at United rentals on pine log rd has done that time and time again. My first visit iI though everyone hada off day, but after several visits, this man is rude, belittling to customers. And inappropriate to women. We will take our business elsewhere
