    Trip is a liar and he is crooked, His surveys are what his client wants. He will do any thing that is crooked to collect money. I have delt with him and had some of his surveys overturned. New Ellenton for example. Just check it out.

    SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Contracted 20 acres to be surveyed into smaller lots. $1800 upfront which was half of the cost of the job. I called repeatedly trying to get them out there. I even stopped by and showed my face at one point thinking that I may get something done in person. I was wrong. Almost one year later and nothing has been done. Called for a refund three times and no one will call me back. Learned my lesson.

    Wanted to qet a quote to survey my property of 4+ acres. They wanted $2400. That's too steep for 4 acres.

    Would never use them again! Unreliable had to call them to come finish numerous times. Would not come when they said they would. Took them 5 months to survey the property. After asking us to clear property with our Frontloader still had the nerve to charge full price and say they had to do a lot of work and paperwork. What a joke. Never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
