  Taylor did a great job installing my garbage disposal. I'd purchased the wrong one, and he gave me the chance to grab another at a close, local supplier and installed it pronto!

  Tyler and Hunter showed up on time and completed a new toilet installation in record time. As always with Kimballs personnel, they were very courteous and professional. I always recommend Kimballs!

  Over the past week, we have had a number of plumbing issues (we have an old house so I'm sure we contribute in a significant way to Kimball's success). Anyway, we've had 3 major repairs in the last week: 1)Taylor fix a water line to our water heater, 2) Taylor and James installed a hot water heater, then 3) Tyler and James diagnosed and repaired a pipe to the toilet in our master bathroom. All of the gentlemen were friendly, professional and explained the issues very well. We always use Kimball's and have never been disappointed. Thank you for all the work you all do! It's companies like yours and the people you employ that make a difference.

  James and Derick came to our facility for a toilet repair. They arrived on schedule, were very polite and let us know everything they would need to do. The completed the repair in a timely manor and completed a final check in for verification of the repair. We have used Kimballs many times, their prices are fair and would recommend them to anyone.
