  I cannot say enough good things about this company; they have been a consistent provider for great quality service over the years for myself and my family. On the most recent visit 6/29/26. Cameron responded to the call about an Ac system that had suddenly shut off over the weekend. I have lived in this house multiple years and this was the first time an issue with the AC system had occurred. Cameron displayed clear experience in this matter and after explaining what was going on with a welcoming friendly and patient tone. Cameron was able to correctly identify the problem why the AC power suddenly was interrupted and restored the system to working when turning the breaker switch back on. The backup batteries were corroded in the thermostat unit, and he replaced these and in my humble view, he went above and beyond the simple diagnosis of the issue. In addition to restoring the AC power, Cameron provided education about the external piping which needed to be functioning smoothly for everything to check out. In addition to educating me about the external piping maintenance he dealt with an ant mount near the outdoor fan unit and a growing misplaced bush that could have interfered down the road with the system and after cleaning out the external piping which its blocking led to the AC system being shut off. Cameron also took care of an environmental hazard in the form of a wasp nest near the front entrance of the house. Above all, Cameron was a friendly and professional technician and well worth the money for the visit. He was attentive to any mess that occurred during his visit and cleaned up after he was finished. I do hope that Kimball's keeps Cameron around for a while because he greatly contributes to the high esteem reputation I hold towards Kimball's Plumbing, Heating Electrical and A/c., LLC. In conclusion. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend this business again because of great personnel like Cameron. Thank you.

  Called Kimball's this morning a bubbly lady named Misty answered the phone. Misty took my information and said someone would be out shortly. Two hours (quicker than expected) later Cameron can out to my house to repair a non-working air conditioner. He found the problem within 5 minutes of being in the attic, it was a power switch which he replaced, and the air conditioner started working immediately. He continued to inspect the unit outside, checked the freon levels (all good) and did a little cleaning of the unit. This has been my third time using Kimball's over the years and they are responsive, easy to work with and are very knowledgeable. Can't say enough about Cameron and Misty, kind, professional and both had a great attitude which is refreshing. Great job guys, thank you.

  I am a licensed SC builder that just moved from Bluffton and now residing in Aiken. Called Kimball’s from a recommendation, staff was very courteous, and sent over Taylor & Hunter to take care of a couple of electrical issues, replaced the cooktop & install a new kitchen faucet. Not even there for two hours, price was more than fair for the work I had done. I have seen good mechanics over my years, but these two mechanics were some of the best I have ever seen. Obviously gonna get more work done . Thank you Kimball’s !

  We have been using Kimballs for almost 40 years!! Cameron came out yesterday to do our annual HVAC maintenance. He did an excellent job. During the inspection he found some black mold in the attic. He told us what could be done and was here the next morning to fix the problem and finish the job. We are very satisfied. I also appreciate talking with Misty when I call the office. She is great on scheduling and answering lots of questions.

  I called Kimball’s this morning and, although they were fully booked, they managed to fit me in within the hour. James and William arrived promptly and were friendly, professional, and efficient. Not only did they resolve my plumbing issue, but they also shared several valuable money-saving plumbing tips. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Kimball’s, and especially James and William, to anyone needing plumbing services.
