  Carpeting was as expected, but the installation was horrible. Installers say they will return to stetch the carpet properly this time. We'll see. They should have done it correctly at first.

  With any project, there is a level of trepidation. Will they show? Will they overcharge? Will they even return a call? Well, Aiken Flooring alleviated all anxieties before, during, and after the project. Will keep it short to: best flooring company. Period. From the moment we entered the store -- majority of our interactions were with the floor-genius Donna -- and had a hundred questions; to the scheduling (with questions) to the completion (with compliments) -- it was everything we wanted. And even if we had a great time with the Owners, would the crew be on the same level? Yes. My wife kept on harping on the team that actually did the install. "They arrived early... very professional... so polite...." There you have it. We wanted to wait until a month or so after the completion just to make sure everything was done with no surprises. (We had a couple very small wonky spots. But that was because of the house, not the job. And the crew was still able to address.) And it was. If you want flooring done, done on time, and done right (!!) this is the place.

  Donna, Dallas, Oscar and Salvador did an awesome job with our new hardwood floors. The installation was perfect as Oscar and Salvador installed the floors with perfect results. Donna and Dallas did a tremendous job helping us pick out our flooring that was perfect for our large dog, came to the house to get precise measurements and ordered everything needed for the install. Do not shop anywhere else for new floors as these folks are the best in Aiken.
