  We ordered a sliding glass door to replace our French doors and we could not be more pleased with Window World! From the start they were so friendly and helpful with great ideas and so many options to choose from. When Sal, Dylan and Jess arrived to install our new door they were a little early (I could not be more impressed - when does that happen with anything?!?!) They were such an efficient team! They installed our door quickly and perfectly and finished the trim inside & out beautifully! We are extremely happy with our entire experience with Window World and absolutely recommend them!

  I’m putting this in on behalf of my dad. The installers were quick and efficient. He had nothing but wonderful things to say about Window World as a whole. Josh the sales rep who came out was the nicest man. Great prices and great people. Highly recommend Window World. 10/10 rating

  Sal and his team were great. They worked hard, communicated appropriately and were very polite. I replaced all of my windows , except large bay window. I am so happy with the results. Thank you

  Buyer Beware: Regarding our experience with Window World of Rhode Island. If it allowed, we would have selected zero stars. Our experience with Window World of Rhode Island was one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve had as a homeowner. We cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone. We hired Window World to install an exterior door and storm door system. Immediately after the initial installation the storm door leaked profusely during rainstorms. Despite numerous service visits, and repeated repair attempts, the problem was never properly resolved. The water intrusion caused visible damage to the inside frame of our home. See attached photos, the first of the water leaking in and the second is the water damage as a result. In an effort to get a resolution, we filed a complaint with the RI Contractors Registration Board. After they investigated our complaint, the Board determined the Window World failed to obtain the required permit before beginning work-even though we had been charged a permit fee. Window World was issued violations related to our complaint. Instead of working with us to resolve the water leaks matter, Window World instead pursued us for the remaining balance ($4700), sending demand letters, collection letters and the like. We had no other avenue to take for help other than the Rhode Island Small Claims Court. After hearing the evidence, the court dismissed Window World’s counterclaim and found that we were to be relieved of the remaining $4,700 they claimed we owed. We expected professional workmanship, compliance with permitting requirements and a contractor that stood behind its work. That was not our experience. This post reflects our actual personal experience and the documented outcome of our case. Based on our experience, we would never recommend Window World of RI to others.

  Tiffany, Bob and Minnor are great. They communicated with us throughout the entire process. The staff were professional, courteous and went above and beyond. Installation was ahead of the original schedule. They even ensured our bunny was taken care of when the window had to be installed in that room. Can’t say enough great things about Window World. We will be purchasing windows from them again, top notch!
