- JSJoanna Leigh SmithMay 1, 20261.0Have been waiting 3 weeks for an estimate on what the plumber and apprentice led us to believe would be a fairly simple, albeit labor intensive, job. Multiple calls to the office only to continue to hear, "we're working on it". They are clearly not interested in the job. Please don't string homeowners along - if you're not interested in the work or not a good fit for the job, don't make us cut holes in our dry wall, have a chummy conversation, then ghost.

Don't waste your time unless you dont mind being mocked and laughed at. This woman only has her job becuse she works for her mommy and daddy. If this were my kid and my business I would fire her. Never had I been told I dont need your business all over the fact that I answered a question and she was not happy with the answer I gave her. Both projects were simple, a leaking faucet and shower was leaking probably needed a new faucet and shower handle, nothing major.
