  Tried to stop by here to grab some info. I had my dog in the car with me and let her out to drink water. Some lady pretending to tend to her plants came out and asked if I was letting my dog go to the bathroom. I told her I didn’t, and I was just trying to give her water. She asked if I was “ from the neighborhood” whatever that means. Really weird, and creepy. I’ll be going elsewhere for some info on a fence.

  I am very disappointed with the fence installation. I was initially assured that any issues would be covered within the first year; however, problems began within the first few months. The fence became uneven, and signs of rot developed due to screws being drilled into the top post caps, cracking the wood and allowing water to pool inside. They said they took a look and there was nothing they could do. Additionally, the information provided during the estimate differed significantly from what occurred during installation. Overall, I regret choosing this company and would not recommend their services.

  Well they installed gates - my girlfriend used them in Warwick assuming they would be like they were in Warwick- we called two years later to ask why the gates are not straight and also the latches are all messed up, they said they normally don’t come back but they would. A lady called told us told us they would come and fix it put us on the schedule a week they would be in east providence but they never showed up. I would never use them wasn’t my first choice but now we waited and waited now we will need to pay for their mistakes and incompetence

  I'm sorry to say that we had the worst experience with JC Fence Company. I would rather not share the details but feel it necessary so that no one else has to have the same. The fence was installed crooked and only a few of the sections lined up. The job was rushed in such a way that left sharp edges next to the flimsy connectors between the sections. The fence was installed to keep our dog in our yard, but there was gap left that was so big that the dog just went under the gate. Once we had them come back to fix the problems, we were told that they would not reinstall or move the parts that were in concrete. I was also told that the gap was my fault and WE had changed the level of the stones... After much debate they finally moved the gate down to a level that the dog couldn't get out from, however we have a very uneven fence until we decide to replace it. All in all we had a very unpleasent experience with one of the brothers that owns the company, and I hope by now he has found help for his dependency that clearly effects the quality of work during the planning and install process.
