  Call to schedule a repair service. Office personnel was friendly and precise. Got me on the schedule to get my plumbing leak taken care of. Tried three other plumbers. None of them responded to any of my calls or emails. Glad to have somebody local working on my problem.

  Travers Plumbing & Heating really helped us out today. The pump in our septic system failed and the tanks were full up. We needed to have them pumped so that our plumber can access the pump to determine the problem. I called Travers at 3pm on a Friday afternoon and they were willing to send a truck over to pump the septic chambers. Their telephone lady was lovely and so was the driver who came to do the work. Wonderful customer service!

  I called to setup a septic pump out and state inspection and Jennifer was just fantastic with answering my questions and even checking the state website for the actual due date for my septic inspection. She was very helpful and genuine and that is getting rarer and rarer so I really appreciated the service I received when I called her today!
