  Very satisfied with install of two mini split a/c units. All staff were professional and accommodating - from sales rep. Chad to installers Will & Andrew to electrician who came back for follow up. Highly recommended team overall!

  Five Stars!!! Gold Stars!!! The entire team, from sales to installation went above and beyond expectations. A central air system was installed in three days! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and fun to have around. The heat wave did not affect their determination or professionalism.   Dupuis Energy recently replaced my central AC system and furnaces, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I received quotes from several companies, and Dupuis was one of the most competitively priced and significantly less expensive than other bigger companies. What really stood out though was their responsiveness. I called on a Thursday, Chad came out the next day, and I had a detailed quote in hand by Saturday. From start to finish, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Every time they scheduled a visit, they showed up on time, which isn’t something you can take for granted these days. The installation crew was professional, personable, and respectful of my home. They kept the work areas clean throughout the project, and it was obvious they took pride in their craftsmanship. The job was actually completed slightly ahead of schedule, and the final invoice matched the quote exactly, not a dollar more. It’s now been a few months, and everything has been running flawlessly. The installation looks clean and well organized, and I appreciated that they never tried to upsell me on equipment or services I didn’t need. It never felt like I was being sold an HVAC system. Instead, it felt like I was getting really solid advice from people who wanted me to make the best decision for my home. Overall, the entire process was straightforward, streamlined, and stress-free. If you’re looking for a company that communicates well, shows up when they say they will, charges a fair price, and takes pride in their work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dupuis!

  After careful research and thoughtful consideration I decided that it was finally time to replace my 28 year old central AC system. I have been a satisfied customer of Dupuis Oil for over 25 years. I met with Chad (sales) who explained the entire process in detail and patiently answered every one of my questions. He was knowledgeable, articulate and did not pressure me in any way to make a fast decision. The installation of the new system went smoothly thanks to the skill and expertise of Ed (sheet metal fabricator)and Paul and Franklin (installers). I feel that the price was fair for such quality work and attention to detail. I am glad that I chose to work with Dupuis.

  The person that was over my house to give me a price to replace my mini splits never gave me a price for over a month when I called him he said he would have for me over the weekend well he never did 3 months later still waiting but now it's too late because I gave the job to another company that gave me the price the same day I called that bad service from dupuis the person did was not very professional. And I was willing to change for oil delivery also but now I never want to do business with dupuis they are not reliable the company is probably good but the person that I talked with does not seem to care about is job well they lost a customer for a/c and oil Thanks for nothing
