  After careful research and thoughtful consideration I decided that it was finally time to replace my 28 year old central AC system. I have been a satisfied customer of Dupuis Oil for over 25 years. I met with Chad (sales) who explained the entire process in detail and patiently answered every one of my questions. He was knowledgeable, articulate and did not pressure me in any way to make a fast decision. The installation of the new system went smoothly thanks to the skill and expertise of Ed (sheet metal fabricator)and Paul and Franklin (installers). I feel that the price was fair for such quality work and attention to detail. I am glad that I chose to work with Dupuis.

  The person that was over my house to give me a price to replace my mini splits never gave me a price for over a month when I called him he said he would have for me over the weekend well he never did 3 months later still waiting but now it's too late because I gave the job to another company that gave me the price the same day I called that bad service from dupuis the person did was not very professional. And I was willing to change for oil delivery also but now I never want to do business with dupuis they are not reliable the company is probably good but the person that I talked with does not seem to care about is job well they lost a customer for a/c and oil Thanks for nothing

  Our central air died right at the time the extremely hot/humid weather arrived. Seems it was quite old and could not be repaired. Got a quote from Dupuis Energy, ordered a new system, and was told it would be a minimum of two weeks before it could be installed because of a backlog. Since my husband’s health was already compromised at age 92, I was quite disappointed and asked for some priority for health reasons. I couldn’t believe they came through for us and within a couple of days the installation was scheduled. I have nothing but praise for Dupuis Energy and give them a 5 star rating. Thank you to Chad and Ron for the speedy scheduling and all the installers who were nothing but professional. I highly recommend them. Madeleine Manfredi

  If you want real results from a standout team, I recommend you stop your search and move forward with Dupuis. This company delivered on all levels. From the first day their salesman Chad showed up to my residence to provide an estimate to the last day of the job when Will and his crew wrapped up the install, impeccable from start to finish.   My oil tank had a leak in it and needed to be replaced. We had just gotten our tank maybe 2 weeks before leak was found. The service tech put a patch in for me. I was told I needed a new 275 gallon tank. The vendor came to replace my tank last week and they could not fit the 275 gallon tank as it got stuck on stairs in my basement. They brought back a 165 gallon tank and installed it. I asked them as my tank was full to let me know how much oil was left becuase my new tank was smaller. They told me there was 55 gallons left over. I called Dupuis back and I asked if they would credit the left over oil or take it off the installation. They told me they could not because there was no way of knowing how much oil was taken out and nothing they could do about it because they don’t take the oil back. This doesn’t seem right. I should have been at-least credited with the oil taken out of my tank that I paid for.
