  Terrible. They give you a quote then farm out the job to random guys who may or may not be experienced. The guy who gave it a go first only partially sanded off the old polyurethane before applying the new sealant so there were orange patches everywhere. When I called Reed, the original guy who gave the quote, he sent over another team who did a better job, though there are hair and paint chips sealed into areas of the floor, and they completely trashed the stair risers, and I had to do many days worth of work chiseling off the HD coating that they slopped all over to be able to sand it down, wood fill the gashes they made, and repaint. Because they had to sand our floors down again to try to refinish them a second time, our floors are now super thin and everything shakes as we walk through our home. And because they had to do the process twice, we had to stay in a hotel several extra days. And at the end of it all, they left bags of trash in our driveway that they never came back to get despite my many calls and texts asking them to remove them, so after two weeks, I paid a trash service to come and get the trash that they had left. And Reed, the head guy who gave us the quote, never even came back once through this process to check on things or pick up the trash. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

  Highly recommend Anchor Wood Flooring! Reed was super nice and accommodating to our needs. As a whole they were very excited about the job, helped us decide what we needed, AND were able to deliver their service almost immediately. If you need wood flooring services they should be your first call.

  Floors came out beautiful! Just the color mix and finish we had requested. When the product supplier first provided improper sealer, Reed redid floors at his own expense to assure a great final product. Have and would recommend again.
