  If you are looking for a company that is professional, honest, upfront, and genuinely easy to work with, I highly recommend A1 Roofing & Construction. We recently used their dumpster division during a major clean-out and home project, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, Kim — who was our first point of contact — really set the tone for the entire experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I worked with her from start to finish, and she truly opened the door to what turned out to be an outstanding experience with the company overall. The dumpster rental process itself was smooth from beginning to end. We kept the dumpster for two weeks, filled it completely to the maximum, and everything was handled exactly as promised — no surprises, hidden fees, or stress. In today’s world, finding a company that is this reasonable, responsive, and trustworthy is honestly refreshing. A special thank you to Jeff, who delivered and picked up the dumpster. He was incredibly polite, friendly, professional, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Because our home needs a significant amount of work, this reassurance really meant a lot. It’s very clear that A1 takes pride in customer service, and after this experience, I absolutely plan on using them again — not only for dumpster rentals, but for many of the other services they offer as well.   I called A-1 about "bird issues". Flocks of seagulls were living full time on my brand new roof! Alex came out with his drone and in minutes I was able to get an aerial view of the problem. As soon as the weather permitted, A-1 sent an expert crew to replace the bird-damaged ridge cap and install bird spikes. Haven't seen a single bird since! Lots of follow up and personal attention from them. Fabulous experience. Fair pricing. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

  Roofing and masonry work were performed by A-1 Roofing and Construction. They were reasonably priced. They did a Fantastic job and stayed on budget. They let me know in advance of my significant masonry issues that were also included in their original budget numbers to me. My garage chimney was missing bricks as well of which they identified. They did the chimneys first to use the old roof as a drop cloth stated by Sean. and then the roofing crew showed up 2 days or 3 days after the masonry crew finished while they let the rain pass. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. these guys are true professionals and I highly recommend them to anyone who would be needing this type of work. I loved watching them safely set up before they began work each day.PK

  Awesome work by A1 Roofing. Our home looks great! They are extremely professional and thorough in every detail. They replaced our roof and fixed a ceiling that was leaking and did a myriad of other troubleshooting measures. They installed all new windows (replacement windows) and when the windows trim were removed and replaced it looked as if the trim had never been removed. In fact the window trim looks better now than before. Sean Napolitano is professional and delivers everything he promises and adds advice when needed. Carpenter Gerry O’Connor is efficient and knowledgeable and personable and Painter Christian is a great painter - does an amazing job at matching colors to existing walls.

  I reached out to my real estate agent for a recommendation for a roofer in Newport. Thankfully, she recommended Sean and A1 Roofing. The entire process was seamless. They were out within a week to provide a quote and shared two options for repair or replacement. I had a few questions and picked up some sample shingles from the office to compare. Sean offered to come by and pick them up himself. I’m glad he did, because I asked about the old skylight I had, and he told me they could replace it with a solar-powered version that I could open, close, and shade with a remote control. This is huge for our third floor, which gets very hot in the summer, and a great recommendation. When I asked when they would be able to get it done, I was hoping to hear in the next month, when he said asap. I was shocked, and they had it done in less than a week. Given how many contractors take forever and how often jobs get delayed, this was the easiest part of our entire renovation! I would highly recommend them!
