  I recently had Zoom Drain RI come out to tackle some serious drainage problems at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I was dealing with two stubborn clogs, one in my kitchen sink and another in my bathtub, neither was draining at all. Zoom quickly identified the problems and efficiently cleared both issues and restored full water flow to each drain. The entire team was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me in the loop via emails, texts, and phone calls, before and after the service, making sure I always knew what was happening. Even better, after completing the work, they followed up with me to confirm everything was working perfectly and to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. From start to finish, Zoom Drain RI was professional, reliable, and genuinely easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in the area dealing with plumbing issues!

  The drain that was slow is still not draining properly which I mentioned before he left my house, but no action was taken. The worker (Joseph) told me even if I poured rice down the drain they would still come and make it right. I waited a few days to see if it would improve but it didn't so I called to let them know I and was told someone would get back to me. That was 4 days ago. Today I called back and was told something is wrong with my pipes and not up to code so they would not guarantee the work or come back to make it right. This is the 1st plumbing issue ever in 13 years. A VERY EXPENSIVE and difficult lesson to learn about a dishonorable company.

  Joseph was very helpful in assisting with our issue. We had a tub and toilet backup issue. It only ended up being we needed to septic tank emptied. It was full, which is work they don’t do. There was no charge for this house call and solving my issue. I will be reaching out to them again for any future issues.

  I cannot say enough good things about Zoom Drain and the service I received today! Three days ago, I accidentally flushed an antique wedding ring down the toilet. This wasn’t just any ring—it dates back to 1915 and belonged to my great-grandmother. It was passed down to me, so it has tremendous sentimental value to my family. Needless to say, I was devastated. I called Zoom Drain at 6:30 this morning, and Joseph came out around 11:30. He spent about two hours at my house carefully working with the camera and locating the ring. He was incredibly patient, professional, and determined—and he successfully retrieved my ring from the sewer line! I honestly couldn’t believe it. I also had a great experience with Kyle, the owner, who personally called me afterward. It’s clear that this is a small business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in the work they do. To make an already amazing experience even better, this was a Saturday, and they do not charge an on-call fee for Saturday service. The price was also extremely reasonable! I went from thinking I had lost a priceless family heirloom forever to having it back in my hands the same day. I am beyond grateful to Joseph, Kyle, and everyone at Zoom Drain. If you need drain or sewer work, I highly recommend giving them a call. Fantastic company and fantastic customer service! ❤️💍

  Friendly.. personable …and informative They came to our house and walked through to see all our plumbing issues, they were thorough and we received an itemized estimate with photos! They were quite reasonable. If it was up to me I would have used them. I was very impressed with the company, having owned a pest control company in the past I know good service when I see it. The prices below were what they quoted me as it was paid by Warwick community action they ended up using their own plumber.
