  Juan came out to fix my garage door, and I was very impressed with the service. He was courteous, friendly, and attentive, really listening to everything I mentioned. He took his time, completed the new work carefully, and made sure everything was done properly. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the quality of his work.

  Had our garage door fixed. The technician was Juan DeLeon. He explained what needed to be done and then told us two other options that would help the life of the door. He did not pressure us at all. He was very professional and friendly. It only took 30 minutes to replace all the parts. Very happy with the technician and the company. The best part is we called today and didnt have to wait for appointment. They gave us a window and called on their way.

  My garage door needed repair after the bolts fell out of the arm that lifts the door. Dylan arrived promptly, performed a thorough inspection of the door and all its components, and explained two repair options. Once I chose the best option, he completed the repair quickly. My garage door was working perfectly again within an hour of his arrival. Dylan was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

  I called Precision after experiencing occasional problems with my "electric eye" garage door closing part way before going back up on its own without anything underneath its track to impede its full closure. The company sent out a technician named Thalles the following day to diagnose the problem. Thalles was excellent - courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. After observing the problem, he disclosed possible causes for the troubling issue. His first thought was that the sensors on each side of the door's track weren't aligned properly. After making an adjustment to one of the sensors, we tried closing the door a few times to test it out. Success! Problem solved! A simple fix! Knock on wood, I've had no problems with the door since Thalles made that adjustment. Bottom line is I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services (I'm a two-time customer) and Thalles the technician if you have a problem. I doubt you'll be disappointed
