  DO NOT waste your time with this company. GO ELSEWHERE. —This is, by far, the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. For starters they are rude, that’s the easiest thing to not be in business. They do not communicate between employees. They sell you cabinets and then hire a larger contract company (Installed Right) who hires individual carpenters to do their installs - and they install wrong. They pay these installers nothing. To be exact they complained to us the customer that they get $3000 per kitchen which is at worst 1/5th what they should get paid to install elaborate kitchens. Which is why when my kitchen was botched to the point of no return the installer was not concerned as his employees quit on him at our jobsite so he too walked off and said it wasn’t his problem. Cabinets to go pointed at installed right and installed right pointed at cabinets to go and there was NO resolution. They admitted harm and then “considered this matters closed” over an email. I have all receipts of emails and hours of phone calls/records and even the text messages. They have zero regard for any mishaps under their watch. That’s just the beginning. I could go on on and on about how terrible this company is from the store manager in Cranston, RI to the executives in Tennessee (Christy and Rena). Nobody truly cared about our botched kitchen and safety hazards left for our children and everyone of em passed the buck to the other guy. CABINETS TO GO is ultimately the responsible party who should have fixed our kitchen instead they hid behind the screen. Just a disgusting and evil company who cares only about their bottom line and the dollar and NOT their customers. Stop all business you may have with this company immediately because if something goes wrong….and it will….you will not be helped. (Hardware in the wrong places, cabinets in the wrong places, a crooked sink install so water doesn’t drain properly, no shelving installed, cabinets not level, no pre-drilling for the hinges so multiple doors broke in the first week because they cracked by forcing the hinge screws, twisted doors installed, countertop hardware brackets installed at my children’s eye level…sharp solid steel exposed. Horribly hacked up receptacle outlet within my cabinet above the microwave…it’s so bad. The list goes on and I’m sick of typing. Just don’t go there period)

  From the outset of our search for a new kitchen a friend recommended Cabinets to Go. When we arrived Jeff Taylor greeted my wife and I at the door. His knowledge and expertise made our decisions easy. All of our questions were answered clearly and we were given time to make our decisions. This was much different from our horrible experience at another cabinet distributor know as Wren. We would like to take this opportunity to commend both Jeff Taylor and Joe DiPietro for their expertise. We will certainly recommend Cabinets to Go to all our friends and family.   Joe and Jeff at Cabinets To Go were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were both incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and were always great to communicate with. I really appreciate their help and would highly recommend Joe and Jeff to anyone looking to remodel their space!
