Joe is the best! He was incredibly patient, taking the time to go over all the different options and helping us design the perfect kitchen cabinets. He listened to our ideas, offered great suggestions, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and talented kitchen cabinet designer!

I have removed what Initially was a 5 star review based on customer service with this time-line of events. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. This all stems from a lack of support to the sales team to provide them with up to date software like other cabinet companies, which I have witnessed first hand. 4/28/26, 9:06am - I call stating that I have a back injury and cannot assemble/install the cabinets. I'm told the cost to assemble and install would be $1,500.00 on the phone and I was going to go with it, I just needed to know when the person(s) could come out. I am told "I have a meeting with my installer this morning and will call you back. 5:08pm, no call all day. I call to check in and I received no information about the install. Somehow the sales person notices that I had a cabinet missing from the design verus the invoice. We agree it's late and will wait for a phone call in the morning to go over the missing cabinet and installation timing. 4/29/26 - All day I wait, no phone call. So I decide to email at 5:07pm. "Can we at least settle the missing spice cabinet? Thank you, Kevin (cellphone number)". 6:46pm, I received a phone call and make the payment for the missing cabinet and sign the docusign. I'm told it's a special order and will ship direct to my home in 1-2 weeks. 5/7/26 - I call the store to get an update on the missing cabinet. The associate takes my information and does call back and explains because it's a special order they have no visibility. I ask, "was it actually ordered?". I'm told "yes, I see it right here". I agree to wait. 5/12/26 - I call again as we are 1 day away from 2 weeks of paying for the missing cabinet. I am told the cabinet was never placed because of a missing balance of $1.24. I'm told it's absorbed and I sign another docusign. I'm advised "I will make a phone call first thing in the morning to have this expedited" 5/15/26 - 10:16am, I send and email asking for an ETA. 5:08pm I received an email saying "I have sent an email to our Allocations dept to see if they can get it on the truck that is leaving tomorrow. I will let you know. Thank you so much." 5/18/26 - 5:41pm I send another email asking for an update. 5:50pm I receive the following. "It will be in next week. I tried catching the late truck that left TN and they said it had already been packed as of Saturday night. I was ticked that they couldn't get it on as it left TN today, but I can't fight them, nor figure out their logistics." 5/22/26 - My back injury has started to heal and I'm out of quarantine from recent cancer treatment so I go to assemble the top cabinets. I find either I have the incorrect cabinet or a missing frosted glass door. Email sent with images at 6:59pm & a follow up sent at 7:18pm. I decide to move onto the floor to ceiling cabinet and find this is also the incorrect cabinet. After doing some digging it was the original cabinet from the first design, not the second design we spent hours going over and also sharing the exact cutout dimensions for the modifications. Email sent with images 8:50pm and follow up sent after going through all the records realizing the cabinets were mixed from the 1st and 2nd design at 9:30pm I now have one missing cabinet, one or potentially two incorrect cabinets. As stated in emails on 5/22/26, I expect a driver to be sent to get the incorrect cabinet, they will need to pack up themselves and hall away. The correct floor to ceiling cabinet needs to be expedited and a tracking number needs to be provided. How can I trust that I'm going to receive the correct items going forward? I would highly recommend seeking alternative place to purchase cabinets. At least until they get a software that reflects what's on the design is also on the quote/invoice. The system you use is inferior to Wren, I regret not having gone with them. You have good people, why not give them tools for better success and growth?

It’s taken me some time to digest the experience I had with Jeff at Cabinets to Go. What started out as an exciting experience became a costly business relationship of misinformation, misrepresentation and poor customer service. The day Jeff designed our cabinets took two hours, before I needed a lunch break, then another hour before I asked if he could work on designs without us sitting there. The disregard for our time should have been a sign but CTG was recommended by a few people and we get a Veterans discount so we figured it would get better. I had about 100 or so interactions via email, text and call with Jeff and although he was always courteous, he answered, the majority of the time, without knowledge which lead to many mistakes through our project. The first time I realized Jeff was “making it up as he goes” was when I visited CTG on his day off. Jeff was confident that we need a two level island and let us know that nothing else would work based on our area. Upon meeting with Joe (the main reason we continued business here was because of him) he said the designs were incorrect and redesigned our kitchen based on our measurements, wants and budget. Joe was a breath of fresh air and made us very happy that we could have what we wanted. The first mistake was the measurements that Jeff put on our design versus my sketch and measurements. He was off on one wall which ended up causing cabinets to be shipped that didn’t fit. I will say that customer service was great in resolving that issue. The next issue was the distance between our dishwasher and the pantry cabinet. Jeff had a pull out small sliding cabinet that we really wanted but he input the measurements in incorrectly and we needed a larger base cabinet. We had to return one and ended up with drawers that we really didn’t like. The next issue was the cabinets near the sink. He could not determine what we needed under the sink and when he did, he then estimated the measurement of the drawer to the right of the sink incorrectly. Instead of a larger drawer, that we asked for and he confirmed we could have, we had to downsize. The next issue was the island color. On their website the color I wanted showed a picture of a dark cabinet as part of the Platinum collection so I assumed that representation was accurate. Jeff let me know that it was just how the website looked (this is false) and that we would have to pay extra to have the island painted the color we wanted. I have included a picture that has still not been corrected on the website. This color is in fact Hampton Grey and it’s a costly error that they do not stand by. It’s blatant misrepresentation. Overall we were very disappointed. This project was more costly due to Jeff’s mistakes. He was very nice but the confidence he had in delivery of misinformation is still frightening. We would not recommend speaking to Jeff but would recommend Joe. This was a time consuming, frustrating and expensive project and I’m hindsight wish we worked with someone else.
