I was very pleased with the timeliness and urgency that Brett and team had to get the work completed on my mother's estate.
They were extremely pleasant to work with and very willing to take the time to explain everything as the whole process was completed. Special Thanks for Jess and Meghan both very friendly and pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend J L Martin & Sons Septic Service and Shoffner Constructions & Excavating.

J. L Martin & Sons is one of the best companies I have hired for repair work. My septic pump had gone out at my house and I was in desperate need to get it fixed. I called around and most repair companies either wanted too much money or they would have put an off-brand pump into my septic. When I called J.L Martins they were extremely respectful and understanding of my situation. They got to my house in two days and repaired the pump in an hour. I will be hiring them for my future septic problems.

I would Never suggest this companies service at all. My sewage pump went up last week. I had Then come out to pump my septic tank which pumps from my tank 5 feet vertical and on a 3 ft incline about 20 yards to the city sewage system. I Physically helped them find out what pump I needed. After doing so I was formally quoted at 2400 dollars to replace pump. I researched the pump needed which cost roughly 800 dollars. After doing so I was Told the price is still 2400 dollars. I then Told them I would Price match and the price magically dropped down to 1600 dollars. I thought That was ok but I then Asked for a price break down for the contract of work. I was Told I cant Get a break down. They just charge based on the work. I then Called roto rooter of York PA. They told me they can do for 1065 dollars. Price did not change and I was happy with that being as though the price of the pump was roughly 800 dollars. So based on my experience i would most definitely tell anyone not to use this company and go with Roto rooter. Thanks for reading. Don’t let these companies cheat u. Always price match and do what best for u. The consumer. I went From about to pay 2400 with them to 1600 dollars when I said I’ll price match. 800 dollar difference. Crazy right. Then. I called Another company. Without telling them what happened I then Save even more. In fact just about 500 dollars more. Total savings of about 1300 dollars in all of 24 hours of research. Don’t get fooled. Thanks for reading. Have a great day
