After about ten minutes of a screaming match with the supposed owner of the store and being called a stupid u know what they are trying to not only charge me but send it to collections. Drive to York pa united rental stay away from this company at all cost.

- JFJesus FloresJul 26, 20252.0Gave me a broken sewer camera so i had to drive all the way back to their shop to grab another one and battery on locator was dead. Im not expecting to get some of my money back but sheesh at least learn how to acknowledge YOUR customers problems with YOUR equipment especially if it’s their first time there. Front desk lady I first spoke to was great loved her customer service skills, this is the only reason I didn’t just return the broken camera and demand a refund.
