Overhead Door Company was wonderful to work with. I had had them install a garage door in the early 2000's. I recently had a new door installed by them. After all these years, they had my records and knew exactly what door I needed. They were able to get that same door and in a color I wanted. They ordered it, got it in, and made a date for installation that suited my schedule. They arrived, installed the door with expert precision, cleaned up, and hauled away all the debris. I am very pleased with their product, service, and work.

Repaired broken spring on one door. Reinforced the other door with angle iron. Adjusted and lube both. These doors now work better than when new 26 years ago! Super job and pricing when given by Josh prior to repairs by phone. Outstanding job done. Thank you!

WHY IS THERE SOMEONE OUTSIDE YOUR GARAGE EVERY FREAKING NIGHT BANGING!? I HAVE TO BE UP FOR WORK AT 4AM AND THIS GUY SHOWS UP AT 8PM AND IS OUT THERE UNTIL 10PM MOST NIGHTS MAKING A TON OF NOISE. THERE IS NO REASON TO BE OUT THERE THAT LATE!!! NEXT TIME IM CALLING THE COPS.
I felt I should offer some answers to the company's questions regarding my review. Yes my review may have been a little aggressive, however it is hardly unfair. Reviews apply to all aspects of the business.
I have been to your location a few times over a 5 year period about your styrofoam sheets flying into the side of our house when it got windy because they weren't properly secured however nothing changed. Some stacks had nothing on them while others only had pallets thrown on top. One pallet fell over the fence into our gutter knocking it loose and we had to replace several screens due to the styrofoam tearing them. Then there are the multiple times I had to clean the broken styrofoam out of my yard and off my car. So there is a reason I didn't return to discuss another issue. Being a nice person, I just kept handling the stuff myself and continued to remove the vines (without being asked) from the back of your building because you don't have access to our back yard. Plus had the screens repaired at no cost to you.
Over the last year those issues had improved, then when this past summer hit a man collecting scrap metal, not someone doing work for a client, started coming around and breakdown stuff in the gated area. It didn't bother us at first because the guy would come earlier in the evening and pack up around 8 or 8:30 at night.
When I wrote this review he had been coming around 8pm and using hammers to disassemble the scrap. I was lacking sleep and quite stressed so I let my temper get the best of me and left a rant, however I meant what I said about calling the police. This is not an industrial district therefore there are noise ordinances that a company must follow in a business district when located by residences including those pertaining to unnecessary noise.I have not had to call the police though because there has been a change in the behavior coming from your property whether you know it or not. Since it has been so cold the guy has not been around much. When he does come he isn't around long and he comes early.
As for my other Google reviews, they are more than fair and are pretty even when it comes to them being positive or negative. As for the one you specifically mentioned, I have no memory of this review. I have done about 10 reviews and none of them pertain to what you described.

They put a garage door on my previous house several years ago and just recently did some repairs to the older garage door in the townhouse I'm renting. They still do wonderful work and the guys were all great. I even thought the price was very reasonable. I even called with a question and the woman who answered the phone went out of her way to help me. Thanks so much.
