They said no one was in the area and it would be a few days. no big deal the forklift worked fine just had a whine. Well they called after a few days and said they would have someone up and could stop in and take a look. The guy was here for 20mins told us he doesn't know and then we received a bill for $750. I understand charging for your knowledge but if you have none then how do you charge that much. Ill be paying the bill as I do not want it to effect my credit but I will never call them again and will tell anyone who listens not to call them either. They are a sham.
