Horrible experience. Placed order said it would be in next Wednesday. Thursday called and was told oh you missed the order cutoff time, it will be here next Wednesday. Next Thursday rolls around with no call, call the store was then informed need to sign the paper that were emailed ( never received an email) oh it can be in your junk I asked the manager to send sure enough on the phone with it it came through to my regular mailbox. Employees not doing their job right. Upset now that I have to wait another week , manager says it will definitely be here Wednesday I’m going to see if we can get it sooner. Thursday comes again with no call, call again kept on hold ( phone placed on counter) employee finished with the customer and never came back on the phone had to call back again. Oh we have to look I to your order. I said I’ll call back in 20 mins I’m not staying on hold. Call back oh yeah it will be here next Wednesday. I then say I want my ordered cancelled and a refund. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund! Do not recommend this store.
