  We are beyond impressed with Hook Roofing and Remodeling. Our roof was damaged by the hail storm on May 13th and we were in need of a new roof. We heard great things about the owner of the company as well as his employees. Josh came out right away and worked with our insurance company providing them with the information they needed. He brought samples of roofing materials to our home and helped us to decide on which material would best suit our needs. He took care of ordering roofing materials, the dumpster and sent out one of his crews. We were so impressed with how they protected our property with very large tarps and with the quality of their work. They were like a well oiled machine and had the roof tore off, replaced and cleaned up in one day! We also used Hook remodeling to resurface our deck. We are VERY happy with the craftsmanship and attention to detail of his construction crew. I am sure we will get years of use out of our new deck! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any of your needs. Thank u for everything Josh!

  Had a leak in my roof, contacted them that evening and they got back to me right away. Had someone out the next day who inspected the issue, resealed everything, and changed a vent boot. They did a thorough job, showed pictures of the damage before and after the repair. I could not be happier with the service they provided!

  Chandler from Hook Roofing did a great job, was easy to talk to and didnt mind my questions or concerns. I really appreciate the work he did. Now I have no more hole in my building. In 2 days the work was done, I felt sorry for him being on the roof in the hot sun all day, but he kept working and got it done. Thanks for coming when you did and you did a great job.

  My experience with Hook Roofing has been outstanding. I had a relatively small roofing project, but Josh was incredibly willing to help and never made me feel as though my job was unimportant. Based on the attention he gave my repair, I can only imagine the effort Hook Roofing puts into a larger project. Channing was unbelievably kind, patient, and thorough. He took the time to diagnose the issues, explain the available resolution paths, and walk me through future maintenance steps. Compared with others who came out to evaluate the roof, Hook Roofing’s attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out. They also went above and beyond in working with my insurance company to help ensure that I was properly taken care of. I sincerely appreciate the time, patience, and care that Josh and Channing showed throughout the entire process.

  I called Josh after an evening storm tore some shingles off the roof. He was able to come out the next day to make the repairs. He shared with me some photos of my roof, the good and the bad. My wife and I decided to go with a whole new roof (the house had some major age-related wear and tear and proper roof drainage was non-existent). We worked out a reasonable price and a game plan and Josh provided a quick turnaround on the job. The roofing crew worked vigorously yet carefully and was able to finish in one day. They were all very polite, professional, and worked safely. What stood out to me the most? From the first day he pulled up to the repair job, or when we were picking out shingle colors, or even the final inspection, I felt like I was working with a friend and not a salesperson. This company will provide you with solutions and give you viable options to help keep your home safe.
