I’m really happy with the work Hook Roofing and Remodeling did on my house. I had a new roof, gutters, and downspouts installed, and the whole experience was better than I could have hoped for. Josh was great to work with from day one. He took the time to walk me through everything, explained what was going to happen, and answered all of my questions. I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on. The whole process was smooth, and everything went exactly the way Josh said it would. The crew did a great job on the installation and did an awesome job cleaning up afterward. I really appreciated that because having a big project like this done can be stressful, but they made the entire experience easy. I also really appreciated Josh checking in with me after the job was finished to make sure I was completely satisfied. That follow-up meant a lot and showed me that they genuinely care about doing a good job and taking care of their customers. I’m very happy with how everything looks and would absolutely recommend Hook Roofing and Remodeling to anyone needing a new roof or gutters. Great experience all around!

Had Josh and his crew do our roof. They showed up early Friday morning and started tearing our old shingles off. By 4:30 they had our new roof installed and had everything cleaned up. We’re pleased with the work and how the new shingles look.

Our front porch was in dire need of repair. A few family members recommended Hook Roofing and Remodeling. We contacted Josh and had him scope out our project. His team came in and took down our old porch and identified some issues that needed attention. He explained everything very clearly and worked with us to keep everything within our budget. We are thrilled with our end result. We now have a beautiful and sturdy porch to enjoy. Thanks Josh and team.

I had someone start my roof. It took him 3 months to finish 1/2 of it. I had to fire him, he was draining me. I called the owner of Hook Roofing. He came out two days later assessed everything and assured me he would finish it. Most contractors do not like to finish what someone else started. His team got it finished in one day. He is very easy to work with and is honest and fair. I will be bringing them back in the spring to do the siding on my house.

The Hook crew did a great job on my mom's roof- the green monster! It was completed in the time frame they gave us. There were some extras that we opted for that were tricky, but were handled by the guys. The roof looks fantastic. Very happy with the work.
