  We used Brickhaas for years, 2 different homes. The employees are awesome and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, we are now looking for ANY other company! Due to the owner Gary, verified by his own employees as being extremely poor with customer service, and his son who called me a weirdo after I inquired about hole in ceiling left. The son proceeded to quickly make an estimate sheet, which we never saw before and was 2x the going rate. I'm not saying to not use this company. The employees shouldn't have to be accountable for the owners poor action. I am saying to use extreme caution doing so if you have to deal with the owners and do not agree with all of their... hostile owners.

  Bob from Brickhass came out after an inspection report for my clients came back with some issues. He was quick to determine the issue, on time and great to chat with! Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend using them for your general contractor needs.

  We couldn’t be more grateful for Brickhaas Plumbing and the incredible crews they sent to repair our water line. What started as a leak under our foundation quickly turned into a worst-case scenario, at no fault of the crew. They handled every challenge with professionalism and honesty. They kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explained our options, and never made us feel like we were left to figure things out on our own. Their pricing was more than fair, they cleaned up after themselves, and they even got our yard looking as close to its original condition as possible after such a major repair. They exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t recommend Brickhaas Plumbing highly enough!

  They found the issue immediately. Took three days to resolve a broken sewer line. On the third I had to leave the home before they were done. They had about an hour or so of work left. I needed to leave because I was heading out of town very early the next morning and could not be at the residence when they were done so I paid them, picked up items needed for the business trip, and came home to find they had completed the work, but left the area a complete disaster. They did not fill in the hole, left pieces of debris and left a huge pile of dirt from the dig near the dig site. They could have easily put the dirt back in the hole. They also used my driveway gravel and my large garden wagon to move the dirt and/or gravel. They didn't rinse off the garden wagon and gravel was spread throughout the yard near the dig site. Very unprofessional! I'm 60 years old, there were 3 to 4 men in their 30s to 40s, and they used a high lift bucket to dig the hole. Why did they leave my yard in such a mess and not use the the machine to replace the dirt like any respectable company would? I now have to pay someone to clean the mess they made. I'm very disappointed about that. They took advantage of the full payment before the job was done. The ditch they left ranges from 6 to 12" deep and approx 8" wide across my yard (about six feet). Unprofessional, unacceptable, they need to be watched to ensure the job is done completely, and they took advantage of a trusting prepaying senior. I regret to say I wouldn't recommend them, unless you prop up a chair and supervise their work.
