Windle Design & Construction does beautiful home renovations and remodeling work! Their team is professional and talented, and the designers and project managers are friendly and a pleasure to work with. It has been a pleasure working alongside Windle to renovate my home in West Chester borough. I interviewed several design-build firms and chose Windle because they offered a great vision and genuine excitement about the project. Their responsiveness and professionalism were also much appreciated. That energy carried through my project, making me grateful at all the twists and turns that I chose Windle. Renovating an old home requires way more work than I anticipated - like, way more! - so partnering with a firm that is experienced and all-in proved crucial. Windle's design team is notably exceptional. The designers staffed to my project did a great job synthesizing my inspiration images into a design that looks and feels like me. I have joked with others that I love the Windle designers because they never tell me "no" or "that can't be done." Instead, they solve problems creatively and present ideas better than I could have imagined. The team's client service is top notch, as well - always available, friendly and ten steps ahead. Highly recommend.

We hired Windle for a major home addition and redesign, and they delivered an exceptional experience from concept to completion. Having had in-depth conversations with other design-build firms, I am confident Windle provided the best possible value for our budget. Our initial discussions were thorough, covering specific choices for cabinetry, tile, and flooring. They leveraged technology to walk us through the space virtually, allowing us to adjust colors and materials in real time so we could make selections with complete confidence well before construction began. They provided access to high-end finishes without inflated price tags, guided us on smart trade-offs to maximize our overall spend, and consistently helped us make decisions that respected our financial target while elevating both the design aesthetic and the day-to-day feel of our new space. Throughout the process, Windle went out of their way to prioritize our experience as homeowners. Proactive communication, thoughtful gestures, and genuine consideration made us feel like valued clients rather than just another job to manage. Even when our house was completely down to the studs, we had full confidence in their ability to meet the high standards of quality we had originally discussed. Windle’s subcontractors delivered exceptional work on a reasonable timeline. In the one instance where a subcontractor struggled to deliver quality and within an acceptable timeframe, Windle took ownership immediately, addressed the issue, and kept everything moving.

Great company. We did a home gym in our basement, and the finished result was outstanding. We stayed on budget and on time. They were able to accommodate custom equipment and AV needs. We were kept in the loop on every change or schedule issue that happened. We will definitely be using them again!

Windle Design and Construction was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our older house comes with challenges, and the Windle team was very creative to come up with a design that offered everything we wanted while keeping with the feel of an older house. We were confident with our project manager who gave us daily updates and had a solution for any "old home" challenges that arose. Our designer, Alyssa, guided us through the process and had beautiful and smart ideas that lead us to a wonderful end product. The end result has truly been life changing.
