  Mike is a scholar and a gentleman! This morning there were downed branches leading to my property, and Mike went ahead and helped me clear those branches without anyone asking him to do so. Such courteous customer service is a lost art and the folks at Lightning leave you feeling part of the family and not a “big box” service call. They’re not scared to work with the older model Generacs and are happy to “get their hands dirty” when other companies would prefer to sell you a new unit. A diamond in the rough! Highly recommend working with Mike and Sharon and Lou at lightning! ⚡️

  My experience with Lightning Technologies was wonderful. I purchased a standby generator from them and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process of installation and start up.   I was in need of a replacement generator since the current one was nearing end of life cycle. I have been using Lightning Technologies LLC for sometime now to service my existing generator. I saw that Lightning Technologies had serviced and installed generators with my neighbors in the Carriage home complex I occupy. I called them for an evaluation and estimate. From the onset, the call to their customer service representative, to their onsite technology engineer, to the preparation of the estimate and delivery and installation of the new unit, the professionalism exhibited was superb and the care they took to insure that the installation was timely and trouble free exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this company for anyone interested in purchasing a new or replacing an old generator. I have such confidence in this company that I am gifting a generator through Lightning for my Daughter's family.
