I had a gas line, electrical circuit breaker switch, and generator gas lines installed by this team. It took a few months due to a busy summer from the start to the completion of this project. However the team was tremendous at communication throughout the project. The safety measures and proper avenues in which the team sought out and obtained from permits and inspections was beyond unmatched and made it easy for me to not even have to lift a finger other than coordinating times and days for people to come to my house. I want to provide my sincere gratitude and thanks specifically to Sharon, Lou, and the countless others who worked on my project. I will recommend these nice folks to anyone I know in that should require their services in the future.

Lightning Tech did a great job with our generator install. From the office staff to the install crew, they were a pleasure to work with.

Mike is a scholar and a gentleman! This morning there were downed branches leading to my property, and Mike went ahead and helped me clear those branches without anyone asking him to do so. Such courteous customer service is a lost art and the folks at Lightning leave you feeling part of the family and not a “big box” service call. They’re not scared to work with the older model Generacs and are happy to “get their hands dirty” when other companies would prefer to sell you a new unit. A diamond in the rough! Highly recommend working with Mike and Sharon and Lou at lightning! ⚡️

My experience with Lightning Technologies was wonderful. I purchased a standby generator from them and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process of installation and start up. A special thanks to Sharon, Lou and Mike for their expertise and patience in making this project complete. I highly recommend Lightning Technologies!

Phenomenal service. We came in on budget And the process was so efficient. I want to give a special shout out to Sharon who is the epitome of customer service She even gave me her personal cell phone number when I was in the middle of installation and had some questions or concerns She handled everything with such professionalism.
