Exceptional service by their technician Jeff. He came for the annual system test and thoroughly explained what he was going to check and why. He replaced a PVC part that had a small leak; also replaced the 9V battery in the water alarm. He then provided an explanation of how the system operates and some important points to keep in mind as I go forward into the next year. Courteous, knowledgeable with an attention to detail is how I would best describe Jeff (Connell). Thank you, Jeff!

Hi all sorry for the late review. I hired these guys back in spring when our cellar became an impassable morass of muck and water. It was not an easy task: We live in an 126 year old house with limited access, and the cellar was in a terrible state of neglect. These guys started the job only to discover a sewer leak a week in, so they had to stop for 3 weeks while the plumbers fixed it. They did not charge me extra and were totally fine with the abrupt rescheduling. When they came back they finished in 3 days. Everything about this experience couldn’t have gone better considering the circumstances. The crew, Cale Johnny and Joey were great to work with and did an amazing job. The company delivered on what they promised. Couldn’t be happier.

Bait and switch with financing. Overcharging over promising . Supposed to be 45 k and it didn’t solve anything. First rain… water in my basement. Was told half the house would be lifted and that I could use my basement rooms. No way I’m going to be able to use the rooms for any electronics.
