Water Heater Installation
We will drain, remove, and properly dispose of existing unit. We will supply and install a new Bradford White 30/40/50 gallon gas, power-vented water heater. Our standard installation also comes with 2 new ball valves for unit isolation, an expansion tank, and a drain pan, which we'll attempt to pipe into your existing drainage system, when applicable. Covered by 1 year labor warranty by Mallard Plumbing. *STANDARD 6 YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY CAN BE UPGRADED TO 10 YEARS
