  I highly recommend Steve and his HVAC company! We were having issues with our AC during a very hot weekend, and it turned out to be a problem with the thermostat. Steve came out, diagnosed the issue, and got our AC back up and running. We were extremely grateful for the quick help, especially after being without AC in the heat for 3 days. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. It’s reassuring to know there are still people who genuinely care about helping their customers. Thank you, Steve, for getting our family comfortable again!

  Don't replace your HVAC or get service without contacting Unger HVAC! My neighbors used them and recommended them and they are great! I was so nervous about replacing my unit. The owner spent a lot of time explaining my options and the differences in the types of systems. It allowed me to make an informed decision based on my anticipated longevity in my home versus budget options. Steve also laid out my options when I asked about financing. His wife Chris in the office is quick to help and answer my calls and questions. The technicians were just so sweet and professional! They did such a beautiful job on my outside unit. The spot where the old unit sat was so unstable and they built it up and made is sound and attractive as well! I can't say enough about this experience. You won't be disappointed!❤️

  Great service, friendly,knowledgeable staff. I called in the morning and the owner actually answered the phone!! They had my system up and running the same day. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend these guys!!

  I recently needed help for plumbing repairs; AGAIN. It seems time and time again I call them when in need as opposed to with any real notice or plan. Each and every time I find they quickly react with the perfect plan to FIX my problem; not just the symptom. Small or large, easy or complicated they are always happy to help. I always receive a follow up call to notify me of the circumstances, the diagnosis and the prognosis of what is happening with my situation. The advice I receive is always genuine. I've never received advice that is in Unger Heating and Coolings' best interests as opposed to my own. That's uncommon in the industry and to their credit. Their pricing is fair and the service is exemplary. When they have made a repair... it is fixed the first time. I'd simply not want to be faced with having to trust anyone else.

  I had an issue with the original heat pump at my house. I called Unger Heating and Cooling for repairs. Jeff was there the next morning. He properly diagnosed the issue and had us up and running in no time. Tough to beat the prompt and courteous service. Already have recommended to several friends.
