  Don't replace your HVAC or get service without contacting Unger HVAC! My neighbors used them and recommended them and they are great! I was so nervous about replacing my unit. The owner spent a lot of time explaining my options and the differences in the types of systems. It allowed me to make an informed decision based on my anticipated longevity in my home versus budget options. Steve also laid out my options when I asked about financing. His wife Chris in the office is quick to help and answer my calls and questions. The technicians were just so sweet and professional! They did such a beautiful job on my outside unit. The spot where the old unit sat was so unstable and they built it up and made is sound and attractive as well! I can't say enough about this experience. You won't be disappointed!❤️

  My heat went out Saturday night before the snow storm. I called at 11pm. They were back in touch with me had a service guy out by a little after midnight. It needed a part which he had in the truck! Fixed and running by 1:30am! Fantastic! A company that is there for you!

  I never leave negative reviews BUT...Horrible experience. I used this company to put in a brand new central AC system for my elderly Mother a few years ago..nothing but problems. Shortly after the system stopped working, then "fixed" then stopped again. After coming back several times my Mother was told that they are tired of dealing with this because they are losing money...Losing money fixing the system THEY put in. Now it's spring again and YEP system no longer works. AVOID
