  I honestly don't know where to begin. From the first visit out to my house they were great people. They weren't the type of people that just says, "this is your problem, this is the cost". If I had questions, they answered them without hesitation and without seeming annoyed. They were patient with me when it came to getting the money together and made me feel like a priority when I said we were ready to have the work done. Of course we are gonna need work done in the future and they will DEFINITELY be the ones that I contact when that time comes. Really couldn't ask for a better group to revisit my house for future work. And even though the repairs we had done were over $4k, it was well within reasonable bounds considering the work that went into the repair. I HIGHLY recommend!!

  Had a clog in our trap that was causing our basement toilet to flood. Shadd’s guys, Caleb and Greg were at our house in a very timely manner and solved our issues very quickly. Super professional guys that know what they are doing and don’t beat around the bush to solve problems. I highly recommend them!

  It was a Saturday night and I knew I needed emergency help with the main sewer line. I had called everywhere trying to get someone out to assess the situation and confirm what I had thought was the issue, fix it but still working with what I had financially. I called and talked to Shadd, he said he could be out the next morning at 8am, he heard the hesitation in my voice because I not only had to work the next day, my issue was beyond waiting any longer. He asked specifically what’s going on and he then knew this needed done now. He asked if he could call me back in a few while he got ahold of another tech to help out. Within 10 min he called me back and said they’d be there within the hour. Him and another gentleman came out, 8:30pm on a Saturday night. They were so friendly, considerate, and honestly it felt like I had known them both forever. As I suspected, the main sewer line needed cleaned out. They fixed the issue, cleaned up after themselves and I cannot be anymore grateful that they dropped whatever they had planned for a typical Saturday night and came to help me and my daughters out. Will absolutely be recommending this company!! Thank you guys again!!!
