  Installed A/C and furnace last year through our Home Warranty company. Had them come back this year for problem. Fixed without any issue. Even though warrenty company doesn’t use anymore. Wish they were still covering this company. They are awesome!!

  UPDATE- The owner reached out and sent a different service agent out to complete the service I requested. So, from a customer service recovery perspective, they did mke it right. The reason I am not adjusting any higher than 3 stars is because there should be a way to evaluate before a customer has to leave a poor review. I scheduled a CLEANING of a split unit during the period of winter 2026 when we were in the single digits. They scheduled me, the gentleman arrived, held his hand to the unit and announced "its working". I replied, "Yes sir, it is, but it needs cleaned." He said he didnt bring cleaning supplies and that I needed a larger unit. I could schedule a cleaning in the spring. And charged me $135 for a total time of 7 minutes.... I waited to write this review because I live alone and didnt want him showing up if I complained about him. I will eat the $135, but dont recommend this company.

  The repairman did literally nothing he never checked the outside filters or lines. He just opened the furnace up and said there was nothing wrong with it. Then charged us $150 for nothing. Will not recommend this company for anything. Especially when they installed the furnace only 4 years ago. Very unsatisfied customer

  Had them out to fix my ac and furnace. Had another company who misdiagnosed and messed it up. Their technician found the issue. Repaired the problem and traced the wiring to ensure everything was fully functional. He was knowledgeable and professional. I am highly recommending them to everyone. They got the call Friday. Called me immediately and scheduled to come out the following day. I'm very appreciative.
