  When our condo was severely damaged by a frozen pipe break this past winter, Disaster Solutions truly came to our rescue. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient during such a stressful time. Their team did an excellent job removing all of the water and immediately taking steps to prevent further damage. They carefully tore down the damaged drywall, ceilings, and kitchen areas with great attention to cleanliness and safety. What impressed us most was the quality of the rebuild. The restoration work exceeded our expectations, and our condo now looks beautiful again. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism, communication, and care. A special thank you to the entire crew — especially Mark, Josh, and Eddy — who were the people I had the most contact with throughout the process. Their kindness, communication, and dedication made a very difficult situation so much easier to navigate. We are extremely grateful for their hard work and highly recommend Disaster Solutions to anyone dealing with water damage or major home restoration needs.

  Disaster Solutions recently replaced the roof and gutters on my home. I worked primarily with Colin, who was great from start to finish. He explained the entire process thoroughly including dealing with the insurance provider and communicated with us promptly every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about Colin and would highly recommend Disaster Solutions for your repair needs.

  I’m usually someone who keeps my guard up when dealing with contractors, but I can confidently say that Disaster Solutions Inc. is a company you can trust. Brian took care of us from the very beginning and was easily the most informative, responsive (even nights and weekends), and thorough person we’ve worked with on a home project. He walked us through every step of the process, clearly explained what to expect, and consistently delivered exactly as he said he would. He also worked directly with our insurance company to help us replace our roof and knew exactly how to handle them. He was proactive in providing everything they needed, which really minimized confusion and eliminated a lot of the usual back-and-forth. Even when we pointed out something we weren’t completely happy with after the job was finished, he addressed it immediately without hesitation and never made us feel uncomfortable for speaking up. The level of customer service was truly exceptional, and the final result speaks for itself; our roof looks amazing! They do high-quality work and are genuinely honest people. We won’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone we know.

  After experiencing a once in a generation hailstorm near the Mason Dixon in NE Maryland, our roof was damaged by golf ball sized hail. This became an issue for our homeowner's insurance policy. Disaster Solutions turned out to be the best experience possible with roof inspection, replacement, confirming the insurance company honors their policy obligations, quality of work and follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. We looked at previous roof replacements they installed in our vicinity prior to our decision and were impressed. We now have a great looking roof with a 50 year warranty. Disaster Solutions is a BBB accredited company with an A+ rating. I highly recommend if you need a new roof whether it's due to storm damage or standard replacement when it's time because of roof age. They also work on siding, mold/mildew remediation , windows, gutters. Jake in the field and Brian in administration followed through in every aspect and made us comfortable we made the right decision. Our neighbors across from us also suffered hail damage and their high end roof was replaced by Disaster Solutions in one day as well.
