  I’m not one to typically engage with door to door salesman but after talking with a few following a big hail storm in our area, I decided to work with Disaster as they were the highest rated of the bunch. It now makes sense: Colin is a total pro. He was there every step of the way, completely transparent, and under promised and over delivered. What I really appreciated was when my insurance company initially didn’t approve the gutters and downspouts, Colin knew exactly how to handle and we ended up getting everything approved. I’ve since referred a few neighbors who have had the same experience. 23 year old roof replaced for only the cost of my deductible. Very happy with the entire experience.

  I cannot thank Colin and the team at Disaster Solutions enough for guiding me through the process of replacing my roof and gutters on both my home and shed due to hail damage. Dealing with insurance can be daunting, but Colin was there every step of the way. Colin took care of dealing with my insurance agent which was a blessing. The deal honestly felt too good to be true. I received a whole new roof which part of it included a metal roof as opposed to shingles, new gutters, and new downspouts. All of that for just the price of my deductible. The quality of the work was fantastic. The Disaster Solutions contractors were professional efficient, and finished the job quickly. I have never had such a seamless experience with home repairs before. Colin was always in the area making sure the process and job went smoothly. Highly highly recommended !!!!

  I cannot thank Brian enough for everything he did for us. To keep a long story short, we had a bad hailstorm last May that caused significant damage to our roof. Our insurance company initially only approved the back slopes, but Brian knew they were not treating us fairly and refused to let it go. He fought for us every step of the way and walked me through the entire process with the insurance company. After a year of fighting, the umpire finally ruled in our favor, and the insurance company agreed to cover the entire roof, gutters, downspouts, screens, and two new skylights! It was a long and, at times, very intimidating process dealing with the insurance company, but Brian never gave up. Having someone in our corner who knew what he was doing and was willing to see it through made all the difference. The crew that installed everything was absolutely amazing and did such a great job cleaning up when they were finished. Daniel who seemed to be the one in charge that day was also amazing in communicating everything that was going on. Our new roof is beautiful! I am beyond grateful to Brian for fighting for us, guiding us through the process, and seeing this all the way to the end. We truly cannot thank you enough!

  We had damage from a hail storm, Disaster Solutions was one of many companies that knocked on our door and after doing my own research, I am very happy we decided to use them. Not only where they professional and skilled, but they were also extremely helpful in working with our insurance company.
