- TSThomas SpiegelJun 17, 20245.0Excellent service. Super fair prices. Don't waste your time calling other places, just call That's Gotta Go.
- JPJessica-Ann PinkneyJun 7, 20242.0We paid to have the dumpster for a week and only got 5 days. They arrived at the end of the day on Friday then picked it up the next Friday before 6am.
- JMJames MatulaJun 3, 20241.0Great dumpster quality and strong biild but customer service is terrible. The will not give you a drop-off time and will not give you answer on where your dumpster is. They require immediate payment but the dumpster is definite not immediate. We had a situation that was time sensitive and they didn't care for $600. If service isn't an issue it's fine but it was for us and mattered greatly.
- SHSvetlana HanoverMar 13, 20245.0I was so impressed with this company, we had several dumpsters for our clean up project. The staff was so kind and helpful, we couldn't have done it without them. They answered the phone all the time and called back if we had any questions or needed to extend or reschedule. Thank you so much for all your help!

Frequently Asked Questions About That's Gotta Go LLC
What does "roll-off" dumpster mean?
Roll-off dumpsters are waste containers delivered directly to your residential or commercial property for temporary waste collection. They come in multiple sizes and can handle everything from home basement or attic cleanouts and light construction debris to large-scale commercial cleanouts and major construction projects. Once your dumpster is full, we'll pick it up so you don't have to worry about disposing of the waste yourself.
What size dumpsters do you rent?
That's Gotta Go Roll-Off Dumpsters in Tobyhanna, PA, provides roll-off dumpsters in four different sizes: 10 cubic yards, 20 cubic yards, 30 cubic yards, and 40 cubic yards.
How do I know what size dumpster I need?
Your dumpster size depends on the scope of your project. We're happy to discuss your specific requirements and provide a free estimate along with our recommendation. Here are some general guidelines: 10-yard dumpsters work well for smaller projects such as residential kitchen or bathroom renovations and home basement or attic cleanouts. 20-yard dumpsters are suitable for more extensive basement and attic cleanouts. 30-yard dumpsters are designed for new home construction, larger demolition work, and siding projects on medium-sized homes. 40-yard dumpsters, our largest option, are best for new home construction and commercial cleanouts.
Can I move the dumpster?
No, the dumpster will stay in the location you specify at delivery until it's full and ready for pickup. If you require an additional dumpster at another location, please contact us to arrange for a second unit.
Is there a limit to how much can go in a dumpster?
You may fill your dumpster to the top edge. Pricing is based on the weight of the dumpster at pickup. Materials cannot be loaded above the rim of the dumpster. Please call us for additional information regarding pricing.
Can the dumpster damage my property?
Dumpsters are quite large and heavy. Our drivers take every precaution to avoid damaging your property during delivery and pickup, but the significant weight of the dumpster-particularly when loaded-naturally places considerable stress on the surface below. Asphalt or concrete surfaces may experience minor scratches or indentations depending on the subsurface conditions. Softer surfaces like dirt or grass will show depressions from the dumpster's weight, and dumpsters left on lawns for extended periods may cause dead patches or worn areas in the grass. Please keep these factors in mind when selecting your placement location.
Is there anything I can't put in a dumpster?
Our dumpsters accept demolition materials, junk removal items, brush, stumps, and masonry materials, but certain items are prohibited. You cannot dispose of tires, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, TVs, electronics, computers, or landscaping debris such as trees, leaves, grass, dirt, rock, or stone.
How long is the dumpster rental for?
Standard dumpster rentals are for seven days, though we can arrange extended rental periods if your project requires additional time.
Do I need to schedule a pick-up?
We can usually pick up your dumpster within 24 hours of your notification. Just give us a call when the dumpster is full or when you've completed your project, and we'll handle the rest. You don't need to be present at your home or job site for pickup.
What areas do you service?
We provide service to Pike County, PA, Wayne County, PA, Lackawanna County, PA, Wyoming County, PA, Luzerne County, PA, Monroe County, PA, Carbon County, PA, and Northampton County, PA.
