  Hartzell's is thorough, listens to you, and takes the time to diagnose your water issues rather than waste your money chasing down the problem. They are friendly and very responsive. I won't trust anyone else with my water system in the future. Thanks for the great service!

  This is customer service and professional at its finest. My husband and I had water tanks put in our camp about 2 years ago, by another company. Opening up our camp was a waterfall nightmare!!! We called Travis recommended by a close friend of the family. He communicated, followed through and explained everything that was wrong and what was needed. And fixed it and caught another problem and fixed it.!!! This was such a relief as we were going to have a little get together for my FIL's 90th birthday this week. Now this can happen with no worries. Those people you trust to help and do the right thing they are rare but Travis is one of them. Our only regret is we didn't know about him sooner. A thousand thank you's are not enough to express our gratitude.

  Great service and very knowledgeable. I purchased a home with very bad well water. After contacting Hartzell's they did a few tests, talked about what was required, and installed. Very trustworthy, as they installed the full system while i was at work. I have yet to have an issue since install, but anytime i have a question or need consumables they always have what i need and always answer or return my phone call.

  Josiah supported me thru a problem I was having with my water softener valve clog. I was able to fix the minor issue myself, I appreciate this company's ability to text the customer. I'm new to the area, so I often don't have anyone to rely on for these kind of things and this company went beyond what they needed to for me. When I have a real problem, I will call them. Thank you!
