  Thank you 1-Tom Plumbing for your responsive and professional service on 11–6th. The plumber, Holten that you assigned to our home was very impressive, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Holten was respectable of our home and his mannerisms were exceptional. Employees will make or break any company and working with people all of my life, let me say that you got one outstanding young man named Holten that represents 1-Tom Plumbing with class and professionalism.   We had a great experience with Jose Camacho, who handled plumbing work at our building. It’s not always easy to find someone who is not only knowledgeable and thorough but also genuinely honest and trustworthy. Jose exceeded our expectations! He took the time to do the job right, was friendly and professional throughout the process, and, most importantly, was honest and fair. We never felt pressured, upsold, or taken advantage of. Instead, we felt confident that he had our best interests in mind, which is something you truly appreciate when dealing with building repairs and maintenance. Finding a reliable plumber who takes pride in his work and treats people with honesty and respect is priceless. We would absolutely recommend Jose to anyone looking for quality plumbing work and someone they can trust. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs!   Greg came out to install a kitchen faucet and dishwasher. The existing faucet was difficult to get off due to age but Greg managed to get it off without any damage!!! The dishwasher was a beast. It was installed back in 2007 and after a l while it was evident this was going to be a two person job. Greg asked me if he could come back the next day with a helper. I said absolutely!! I appreciated the fact that he was concerned about possible damage to my tile floor trying to do it himself!! The next morning he showed up first thing with Carlos to help and they did manage to get it out without any damage to the tile floor. The install of the new dishwasher was excellent!!! Greg ran a cycle and checked for proper drainage and to make sure there were no leaks. Greg was very detail oriented which I greatly appreciate in a tradesman.

  I cannot recommend 1-Tom-Plumber enough! What started as a stressful plumbing nightmare turned into an excellent experience thanks to their knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate team. I called on Saturday after discovering that water was leaking through cracks in my basement floor every time I ran my washing machine. 1- Tom-Plumber arrived within two hours of my call. Isaac was thorough, professional, and determined to identify the source of the problem. Once he realized the basement floor would need to be opened, he contacted Mark, the master plumber, to coordinate the work for the following week and minimize the time I would be without my sink and washing machine. On Monday, Mark and Carlos arrived and repeated the camera inspection and locating tests to confirm the diagnosis before beginning the work. They carefully removed my hardwood flooring and took every precaution to minimize damage, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, they discovered that the previous plumber who installed a new sewer line had failed to properly connect the existing terracotta pipe to the new PVC line, leaving the pipes approximately 14 inches apart. This was a much bigger issue than anyone had anticipated, but Mark and Carlos worked diligently to keep the project within the original estimate. They replaced the old terracotta pipe, installed a new washer sink, and added a dedicated line for my washing machine. Throughout the entire process, they were thorough, transparent, respectful of my home, and committed to doing the job right. **Mark and Carlos truly were the dream team!** Their plumbing expertise was impressive, but what stood out just as much was their kindness, patience, and genuine care for their customer. They made a very stressful and unexpected situation so much easier to navigate. A huge thank-you to Isaac, Wyatt, Mark, Carlos, and everyone at 1-Tom-Plumber who helped with this project. Your hard work and professionalism did not go unnoticed! If you are looking for a plumbing company that combines quality workmanship with outstanding customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber. They turned a plumbing nightmare into an experience that left me genuinely grateful I called them!

  This was our first experience with 1-TOM-PLUMBER. We had a wet mess in our basement, and didn't know who to call but my husband and I had both seen the 1-TOM-PLUMBER vans within the past few days so we gave them a call. The person taking our call could not have been nicer. She got all our details including a thorough description of our problem, so we were confident that the service person would be well prepared. They sent José Camacho to help us. We were so happy they could get someone to us so quickly (within a couple of hours of calling them), and José could not have been nicer or more professional. He even waited a while at our house, for the water company to turn the water back on, to make sure everything was ok. We liked him so much we had him do a couple of additional jobs that we had been putting off for a while. I'm going to attach some pictures of his work. My husband is an engineer so he asked a lot of questions, and José took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. It was a great experience and reasonably priced. We are glad we called them and will use them again the next time we need plumbing services. I wish I could give 6 stars!
