  Called 1 Tom Plumber this am for a leaking hose bib and shut off valve. Wasn’t sure what to expect. Could not be any happier with the weekend work performed by Greg. Professional, detailed, great communication's and great customer service. I asked if he could replace the other hose bib and he knocked them both out on the same call. Could not be any happier. Thank you Greg. Really appreciate it.

  Outstanding service. We called about a backup up basement drain backing up sewage into the basement. Came out quickly on a Saturday. Had to pay extra for that through $249 fee. Plumber (Jose Camacho) was really friendly and super knowledgeable. Cleared the issue in under 30 mins.

  I had 1-Tom-Plumber come out to diagnose a backed-up gutter drain, and I was very pleased with the service. Jose was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. He quickly identified the problem, explained what was causing it, and provided clear recommendations for the next steps. I appreciated his honesty and expertise, and I would definitely recommend 1-Tom-Plumber to anyone in need of reliable service.

  Jake good was fantastic to help us diagnose our grinder pump electrical issue. Company indicated he’d be here within an hour and he was spot on time. A Sunday night off hours. Connected us with water restoration that immediately called and will be out the next morning. Appreciate Jake’s guidance during this tough time.

  I needed to have my water line repaired. My tech Jose worked so hard getting it done in this hot weather. He and his helper that was with him worked all day under the humid , and rays of sun. I appreciate all the work your company did for my family. My husband and I are grateful to have this done in a reasonable time. Thank you again and I will use your company again
