While we were installing new a/c ducting in our home we discovered an incredible mess in an enclosed space between an interior wall and an exterior one - a months long accumulation of animal waste. We were surprised to find that the previous owners had been hosting a family of raccoons for what appeared to be a pretty long time. Craig and his team were exactly the right team to call for the clean up. Craig quickly came by to scope out the job, gave me reasonable estimate and scheduled the work for the following week. When the team came by they were professional, respectful of our home and finished the job promptly and under budget. I strongly recommend DASH Biorecovery. They are a quality team!

We highly recommend Craig and his team at DASH Bio-Recovery for any biohazard-related needs. They have the skill, empathy, and tools to get any job done. We called DASH Bio-Recovery for an unfortunate wildlife situation that happened on our property's front lawn (that the Gaming Commission did not handle timely or well in our opinion). We realized that, in the grand scheme of situations Craig and his team are skilled to handle, this is probably the least serious. Nonetheless, Craig responded very quickly, offered to come out early the next morning to assess the situation before other more serious jobs, and gave us his honest opinion and strategy. The very next day, he came back, cleaned up, and disinfected the area for us, and we could not be more thankful that he took our call as seriously as he would any other call. We hope that we won't have a serious situation on our hands that would require DASH Bio-Recovery again, but if we did, we know know to call DASH and that they will take care of us. Thank you Craig!

Craig was extremely sensitive to the situation - courteous, respectful, professional. He and his compassionate and efficient team showed up within hours of our call and provided excellent communication of what they were going to do and what we needed to do. His leadership made the process as easy as it could possibly be. He guided us through the process of submitting the claim for insurance coverage and the invoice was so clear that our insurance company had no issues or questions. If you need the services they provide, I highly recommend choosing DASH Bio-Recovery. They could not have done a better and more thorough job.

I 100% recommend Craig and Dash Bio-Recovery. He was very understanding and reasonably priced. He was our second quote and charged almost 1/6 of what the other company quoted as a cash discounted price. In such a terrible time of unexpected tragedy Craig was so easy and quick to work with. There was less than 24 hours from the time he came out and quoted the property to having it in the condition before the tragedy. Don’t go with the company the police recommend…do your own research!

We had a sewage backup in our finished basement and couldn’t be happier with the job this company did. They removed the damaged carpet and drywall, completely cleaned and disinfected everything, and were professional from start to finish. We appreciated their honesty. Their price was much better than the other companies we contacted, and they never tried to sell us services we didn’t actually need. It’s hard to find a company that’s both knowledgeable and trustworthy. We highly recommend them to anyone needing biohazard/sewage cleanup. They made a stressful situation so much easier.
