  Excellent Work and a Great Family Business I had an excellent experience with Family Restoration Home Improvement Inc. after my old porch collapsed and left my front door blocked. Because the collapsed porch was also a potential fire hazard, I explained that it was an emergency, and they responded very quickly. Once I hired them, they got right to work and cleaned up the situation immediately. Manny was my main contact throughout the project, and he was always very easy to reach and very responsive whenever I had a question. He was friendly, professional, and reliable, and I really appreciated how easy he made the entire process. I also had the opportunity to meet several members of the family, including Louis, and it was clear that this is truly a family-run business with people who take pride in the work they do. The finished porch is far better than the one I had before. The old porch was poorly constructed and looked cheap. The new porch is much sturdier, professionally built, and fits the house so much better. It actually improved the overall appearance of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I had the option of going with the contractor recommended by my insurance company, but that would have meant essentially replacing the old porch with something very similar. I decided to spend about $4,500 more for a significant upgrade, and I can honestly say it was money well spent. The difference in the quality, appearance, and sturdiness of the finished porch is substantial. If a friend or neighbor asked me about Family Restoration Home Improvement, I wouldn’t just tell them to take my word for it. I’d tell them, “Come look at my porch. I’ll tell you what I paid and tell you the whole story, and then you can decide for yourself.” I think the porch speaks for itself. I’m very happy with the work and would absolutely recommend Manny, Louis, and the Family Restoration Home Improvement team to anyone looking for quality work from a hardworking, friendly, and professional family business.

  I helped my mom hire Family Restoration Inc to have her roof redone. Out of all the companies they seemed the most honest and trustworthy. We had a really great experience. The crew was hardworking, professional, and very thorough. They worked quickly, but you could tell they weren’t cutting corners and really cared about doing the job right. They were also great about cleaning up when they were done, which we really appreciated. Everything was left neat and you wouldn’t even know they had just finished a roofing job. Overall, we’re very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Family Restoration to anyone looking for a roofing company. Great guys, great work, and a really easy experience from start to finish!

  Luis and his crew did an amazing job on our full kitchen remodel!!!! We are blown away by the attention to detail and just how amazing they all have been throughout this process. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for any construction work!!

  Family Restoration proves that sometimes it's really good to work with "family." Our carport/covered patio spot was rotting and needed repair. Luis came for the estimate and asked what we wanted and really listened. We gave him a budget and he came back with two choices so we could end in budget. His team was fast, professional but friendly, and very understanding. Tear down took a day and within two more, we were done! Out of the three contractors we talked to they were the perfect choice. They really broke down the price, listened to us, and made sure we had proper permits! There were absolutely no surprises: the price we got quoted was the price we paid. It looks so good, we've had neighbors stop to compliment it! They gave us a not only a safe place to sit outside but peace of mind knowing that this is solid construction that will last for years to come. Also look at that ceiling! Our house is starting to feel her age, so when it comes time to replace the siding or update our roof, I know exactly who we're calling!

  Using my alias, we are very pleased with the results. Much damage to above our main bedroom. One day alone just to install new rafters and 10 total sheets of plywood.Crew was professional and worked well together.Second day was for installing the shingles that compliment our red painted house.Actually worked Sunday just to get the job done! Special mention of John, the owner’s nephew. Professional to the T! Enjoyed interacting with him. You will too! Great experience all the way around. Trust them, they do excellent work! Bill
