  Setting up an account and excellent communication with PBCI Allen was easy to do when I decided to change HVAC companies to do the maintenance on my heating/cooling system. Service today was quick, complete and the technician was friendly and informative. Thank you!

  Perry, The, mini Split specialist with PCBI Is extremely Knowledgeable: He knows what he knows, and will not try to overstep that. Which means in practical terms, hes clearly out to do what’s best for you, the customer. Plus, he’s overall just a nice guy.

  PBCI installed my HVAC a few years ago and I have been loyal for maintenance ever since. Every technician that has been in my home had been attentive, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend the extended service contact.

  Killian was absolutely incredible!! Not only did he arrive within 20 minutes of my weekend emergency call, but he also took the time to walk me through every step of the repair process and informed me upfront about their emergency pricing so there were no surprises. He throughly explained the best course of action, and shared preventative measures to help avoid this issue in the future. Even after leaving my home, Killian continued to follow up with me for hours after it was determined that State College Borough’s emergency services team needed to take over. That level of care and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend PCBI to anyone dealing with plumbing issues, and I will definitely be requesting Killian again for any future home needs!!
