  Joe was awesome and went beyond satisfaction working to restore the AC that was frozen solid by using a tool to melt it rather than have me wait another day in the heat for it to thaw. He also worked the find the leak using a dye colored agent. I believe it will assist them in finding it later, I think he said with a blacklight. Anyhoo, he was professional and took care of the problem. Temp was 89 degrees upstairs and in 4 hours or so back to our comfortable 73 degrees. I told him when he arrived he's like a firefighter, out saving lives!❤️ Thank you Joe for your hard work, roasting up stairs in the attic and not much relief outside to get my AC restored in 90+ degree weather. He communicated the issue throughout and cleaned up after himself as if he was never here, Wow! Highly recommend PBCI-Allen Mechanical with technicians like Joe, you can't go wrong!👍

  This is the second year in a row that I have used PCBI to do my yearly Backflow inspection. The technician showed up during the time frame window that I was given for my appointment. He was friendly, professional, and did a thorough inspection, completing paperwork that needed to be submitted to the water authority. I highly recommend PCBI and will continue to use their services.
