  The person I talk to was very friendly and explained things in a way I could understand. The technician that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained in detail how my system works. Thank you to the person that answered the phone and to Brain the technician who was great.

  Here’s a version with a little more personality that still feels authentic: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ STOP. Call these guys before you let someone sell you a $3,000 “emergency.” Our septic alarm went off, and within minutes I had companies telling me I needed new pumps, emergency service, and thousands of dollars in repairs. Funny how everyone’s solution was expensive. Then I called Delaware Valley Septic, Sewer & Storm. Instead of trying to empty my wallet, they took the time to actually help diagnose the problem over the phone. Turns out… it wasn’t a failed pump at all. It was an airlock. The fix? Drill a small hole so the water could flow back into the pipe. That’s it. No unnecessary repairs. No scare tactics. No “you have to do this today or else.” Just honest people who know their craft and care more about solving your problem than padding an invoice. Integrity is hard to find these days, but these guys have it. They saved us thousands of dollars with their honesty alone. If you’re looking for a septic company that values ethics over upselling, Delaware Valley Septic, Sewer & Storm has earned a customer for life. I can’t recommend them enough.

  I had a recent experience with Del Val where our septic pump failed. The part was at the end of its life, so it was semi-expected to fail at some point. Del Val had been the service provider for our system and quoted us a replacement cost at TRIPLE the market rate. I asked them for pricing justification (parts, labor, etc) and they refused to provide that. I received multiple quotes from other providers in the area for a fraction of the cost. This is an example of predatory behavior, attempting to take advantage of people in a household emergency and I do not recommend their service.
