They explained that the electrician will also call to confirm everything. The electrician did call within ten minutes and did confirm everything that the connection to the house had caught fire. They arrived within the stipulated two hour window and this was on a Sunday as an emergency situation!! They were able to assess the situation and made the necessary replacement of "bugs" in record time! We were very pleased that we were back up and running with electricity. The electrician was very, very friendly and very clean.
