We had a great experience with AJ Window & Door! Everyone was friendly, easy to work with, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Our new windows and patio door look amazing, and you can really tell they take pride in their work. The installers showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was done right. The pricing was fair, the quality of the work was excellent, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. We'd definitely recommend AJ Window & Door to anyone looking for new windows or doors. Thanks again!

I honestly don’t know how they are in business. Deceitful abd sneaky. Don’t waste your time.

We hired this company for contracting work and the experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. If you use them, you need to understand construction, read every line of the contract carefully, and closely inspect the work being performed because shortcuts were taken repeatedly and we constantly had to push for corrections.
Before work even began, they attempted to renegotiate the contract after already delaying for weeks. They tried adding new terms and changing payment requirements to demand a much larger deposit after approximately six weeks of little to no progress. They also refused to include a start date in the contract despite Pennsylvania requirements and then failed to begin work when verbally promised.
Communication became very difficult once money was paid. Calls, emails, and texts often went unanswered. Getting updates or scheduling became exhausting. We repeatedly had to follow up just to get basic responses.
The workmanship itself required constant oversight. We found ourselves having to monitor details closely, question shortcuts, and insist that items be completed according to the actual contract. In our experience, the contract seemed to matter only when it benefited them, while terms unfavorable to them were ignored or reinterpreted.
This process became stressful and time-consuming. Anyone considering this company should be prepared to document everything in writing, inspect the work carefully, and advocate strongly for what was originally agreed upon.
